Great fit for what we needed

There was lots of space for our family of 4, and we loved the outdoor screened in pool area. Everything was clean and the location was great. Had a minor issue with the lock on the door, and they were quick to repond and address the issue.

We were very pleased with our 10 day stay at 138 Sandy Point Way. This is our third time to stay in the High Grove gated community and this was the most relaxing thus far. We spent every single day in the pool and hot tub. We also spent much of our time playing pool, air hockey, and shooting hoops in the game room. The home was stocked with everything we needed from the beginning. We made a quick grocery run before our arrival to check in, which allowed us more time to unpack and relax. Our girls loved the pool toys that were already left at the home for our enjoyment. The home was safe and secured with an alarm system which was a huge bonus for us. We were close by everything and anything we needed with quick access to the theme parks, Disney Springs, and Walmart, and dining options. Our host Lynn and her husband were very helpful, friendly, quickly responsive, and professional when we reached out for anything. It was also nice to see the neighborhood wildlife wondering about each day. We will most definitely stay again when we return to Florida. Thank you so much, Lynn and family, for making our stay so wonderful and memorable.

Great family vacation

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful inside and out and CLEAN! Communication with Ms. Lynn was fantastic, she is great to deal with. Easy check in and great location. 20 minutes from Disney, and close to shopping and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and game room. The only complaint we had was the beds were not the most comfortable, but after long exhausting days it didn’t really matter because you are too exhausted to care. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Thank you again, Ms. Lynn for renting your beautiful home out.

Disney Marathon Weekend

This property was great for us. We were in bed early and out the door early for 5 am race starts so it was important to us to be in a quiet neighborhood. This place fit the bill perfectly. The sound didn’t even carry from room to room. The place was big and laid out well. Close to grocery stores and super easy to get to the parks.

Our Holiday Stay

The house was perfect for our family size. We had a great time and enjoyed our accommodations. The only downfall was that we didn't know that we had to pay extra to heat the pool and hot tub. Also, one of the shower doors was off track, but thank God my son-in-law knew how to fix it. And the downstairs bathroom had a slow drain, but he fixed that too.

Hi Charlene, Glad to hear you had a good time. Regarding pool & spa heat, you could have read that there is a fee for this before you booked as it's mentioned in the listing on the site. Regarding the shower door, we found it broken after you left. If you had reached out to me when this happened, I could have sent our handyman out to fix for you.

Nice home.

Quiet neighborhood close to most Orlando destinations. Hot tub and pool were very nice additions. Beds were comfortable. Home had most basic amenities, including the kitchen. Although blender didn’t work and no additional trash bags or dish soap was provided. Not a big deal, but those are just basics that one would assume could remain available in a home. Very enjoyable stay overall.

Hi Reuben, Many thanks for your nice review. Our houses are self catering as stated on the site. We start you off with a trash bag in each bin, a toilet roll & soap in each bathroom after that guests buy their own. I did not know about the blender, you should have reached out to me, I would have bought a new one for you. I will replace ASAP. Thanks again & I hope you return soon. Take care, Lynn.

Plenty of room for all

This house was a great size for our group of 7. Having 3 bathrooms was great. The pool, spa & game room in garage were great for the kids. We did have issues with the pool & spa not heating the first day, but it was resolved by that evening. The garage does smell funky, but the kids didn't mind. We felt very safe in this gated, well-lit community. The alarms for the doors gave us added security. Plenty of towels for showers & the pool. We had a great stay!
