Treat yourself to this quaint getaway studio. It features amazing amenities and only 15 mins to all the near by attractions that St. Augustine has to offer such as the historic downtown area, Anastasia State park. If sun is what you are looking for then pick and choose among any of this 42 mile stretch that encumbers Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine Beach, Vilano Beach or Crescent Beach. Once you return from your outing this comfortable king size bed will be waiting for you to relax in a serene setting. We do have amazing amenities at your disposal consisting of three pools, one heated. There’s a private community park and recreation for the entire family located within the King and the Bear complex.

Very nice stay!

Perfect location for our stay during The Players tournament. Easy communication with the owners, lovely building with pool and hot tub—a relaxing bonus. Great neighborhood to walk around.

Relaxing Get Away

Very clean, cozy, well decorated studio. Very comfortable bed and quality linens. Beautiful grounds and pool. Great place for golf get away. Jayson was an excellent host and very responsive. Would definitely stay in one of Jayson’s properties again.

Jayson was great to work with and the property was as advertised.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! I would suggest only two improvements- hangers for the closet and the freezer needed defrosted (we could barely put our freezer packs in it). Thank you!

If you enjoy the sound of water flowing through your walls every time a toilet next door flushes then this is the place for you. No ice available. Freezer compartment not defrosted. No adequate work space.

Great place to stay

The condo and the property as a whole are beautiful. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Just the right size for me when friends came to visit and we needed and extra room. The owner(s) was/were wonderful to work with and very prompt with a response when needed. I would definitely book this studio again.

Room was not cleaned.

The bathroom was not clean. When I walked in the bathroom the towels laid out on the shelf that were supposed to be clean were dirty with stains. Also the shower had two used towels still hanging from the rack as well as hair in the tub. I had to go out and buy fresh towels as well as hand soap to properly wash my hands. With the bathroom not being clean I was unsure of how clean the rest of the living space was and made staying there uncomfortable.

King & Bear Stay

Very happy with the unit and property. Very clean and comfortable and nice amenities. Comfortable bed and quiet building. Only negative was the people in the adjoining unit had a tendency to let the doors slam closed when they left their unit. With a shared foyer it sounded like they were in our room! Other than that it was a very nice stay and we would definitely come back!
