Located in the King & Bear golf community of World Golf Village and boasts two World Class Golf Courses-King & Bear and Slammer & Squire. You are just minutes from Historic Downtown St. Augustine, Outlet Shopping and many amazing beaches. This comfortable King bed suite overlooks the beautiful manicured grounds of Laterra. Includes a fully sized kitchen with stainless appliances, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cookware & dinnerware. This suite provides free WiFi. Enjoy the 50" high definition flat screen smart TVs with streaming applications while you unwind or better yet put on your swimming suit and lounge by the pool. This gated property provides top notch security and we boast plenty of on site parking. This place has it all.

I loved staying here. It’s in a gated community and the unit is beautiful and spacious. It was quiet and had a modern aesthetic, I would stay here again!

Such a nicely decorated condo and very clean. It is tucked away in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood. We spent Christmas there and even with it being a holiday, the owner was very responsive to all questions/needs.We will definitely stay again when in the area!

Peaceful & Roomy Getaway

This was a great property - very quiet area with a fountain out back in a gated golf community. Near to plenty of grocery shopping and restaurants. Condo was bigger than we expected with a huge dining area & table and a spacious kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Host is super responsive. Don't let the lack of reviews on VRBO fool you - this place has a good history elsewhere and deserves a high rating.
