River Sunset is a modern beach house boasting plenty of space and separate living zones, ideal for groups and families. Enjoy sweeping views across the Barwon River and soak up everything Ocean Grove has to offer, literally on your doorstep — situated just minutes walk from the river promenade, popular Garage cafe, the Terrace shops, bowls and golf club, and the iconic, patrolled Surf Beach.

The light-filled home offers a large, open planned kitchen, living and dining area which spills out onto a sunny deck — perfect for entertaining. For a night in, kick your feet up in front of the  huge Samsung QLED 65 inch TV with Netflix.

River Sunset sleeps 11 comfortably. The first floor has a master bedroom, with two, large walk-in-robes and ensuite bathroom, and second bedroom with queen bed and a separate toilet.

Downstairs features a large bedroom with twin king-single beds (which can be made into one king-sized bed) and a fourth bedroom with bunks, which can sleep up to three. A sofa bed and port-a-cot is also available.

Both living areas and two of the four bedrooms have a smart TV with unlimited fast NBN.

The house is fantastic for large groups or two families, separated into two living zones. Find a bathroom (with a bath tub), another living area with TV, a sofa bed and deck on the ground floor. For guests with small children, you will have access to a high chair, port-a-cot, a safety gate for the top of the stairs, and kids plastic cups and bowls. There are also plenty of board games, puzzles and TVs for entertainment. The backyard is fully enclosed.

An outdoor shower and fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer will come in handy after a day spent at the beach.

BATHROOMS: The house has two bathrooms and three toilets. The Master Bedroom has a large ensuite with shower, double sink vanity and separate toilet. There is also a powder room upstairs. Downstairs there is a large bathroom with spacious bath tub, separate shower and toilet.

KITCHEN: River Sunset boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen suitable for throwing together a quick breakfast to the largest of feasts. The kitchen includes a large industrial cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, huge French double door fridge with filtered water and Ice, a Nespresso coffee machine stocked with pods and a kettle, toaster and a range of other cooking utensils and crockery.

LIVING AREAS: Light-filled, open-planned upstairs living area and dining table which seats eight. And additional four can sit at the kitchen bench, and a high chair is available. Sit back on the comfortable L-shaped couch and enjoy the huge Samsung QLED 65” TV with Netflix. A second, downstairs living area has two couches (one a sofa bed), TV and office desk/space. Enjoy tucking into a variety of puzzles, board games and books to read. There is wifi throughout the house.

OUTDOOR AREAS: Relax outdoors on two spacious decks. Upstairs deck with stunning views of the river, Barwon Heads bridge and tree tops. Enjoy a BBQ while watching the sunset, or recline on the outdoor sofa in the day with a book. The downstairs deck has a table and chairs, as well as a comfortable outdoor sofa with separate table, and spills out into the garden — great for a game of cricket, bounce on the trampoline or an outdoor shower.

We ask that guests please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

We reserve the right to evict any guest, at our discretion who is:
• Having an unauthorised party
• Making an unreasonable amount of noise or creating concerns with our neighbours

Damage to the property or its contents may incur additional fees. If the property is left in an unreasonable state of cleanliness, an additional cleaning fee may also be charged.
