25 m2 apartment with an indoor two person spa pool in the same area as a king size bed with draws underneath for clothes storage, fridge and sink, table and chairs, reverse cycle air conditioning, fixed wall mounted TV viewed from the bed and separate en-suite.

Complimentary Wifi, bottle of wine and Nespresso pod machine, also TeaDrop tea and Bundaberg sugar sachets. Fleurieu Fresh milk, So Good Soy milk, So Good Almond milk, Nippy's still bottled water and S. Pellegrino sparkling bottled water.

Wine glasses, coffee cups, tea cups, water cups, small chopping board, cheese knife, basic crockery and cutlery for a take away meal in the apartment.

Private Courtyard with outdoor table and chairs.

No Smoking on the property or parties allowed.

In the main street of Port Elliot within walking distance of several eateries and retail shops and Horseshoe Bay.

Enjoy all that Port Elliot has to offer right on your doorstep and explore the Fleurieu Peninsula from this central location.

The room was centrally located. The decor was uniquely modern and lovely to stay in. The bathroom, whilst small, was great. However, the spa is totally unnecessary and in the way. It dominates the room and frankly looks like too much trouble. In my opinion a nice little lounge and more drawer space would be preferable.

It was not as good as it appeared in the Photo provided as it was a lot smaller than expected. It also took us up to the last day to discover that bath towels were provided. We ended up purchasing our own towels until we discovered them outside of Bathroom in high storage area. .

The spa in the bedroom may not be for everybody's liking. A bit too pricy. The room with spa, shower/toilet, kitchenette are in excellent condition.

Me and my partner had had an amazing experience and stay, it was all very well presented. The bed was super comfy, having a spa in the apartment was phenomenal, but the towels didn't smell to to fresh they smelt like fish abd chips

No cooking here

Even though it lists cookware in advertisement, there are no cooking appliances. It’s very small area. Enjoyed the spa and a great location. Can be a bit noisy though from road or functions at nearby restaurants or pub.
