Easy access to Vail, Beaver Creek, grocery stores, West Vail shops and restaurants. Located behind building 2 is a free town of Vail bus stop for your convenience.

Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. Excellent condo

We had a great stay. We were four in a two bedroom condo. It was very comfortable. We love the hot tubs and pool. The ski shuttle works very well.

Condo was great and as advertised. We cooked a meal one evening and noted the kitchen is not all that well stocked so just keep in mind you’ll need most basics when shopping. Otherwise the pool is awesome, great hot tub. Front desk is only mildly helpful at check in. Note the lower clearance of the parking garage if you have a truck or SUV (we have a truck and we’re scary close to not clearing). Transportation to town was easy and straightforward. Overall great stay.

We do want to mention that aside from the coffee filter which we replied to right away, we didn’t receive any messages regarding these concerns during your stay, as we would have been happy to assist right away. For reference, the garage clearance and alternative parking options, as well as details about kitchen items, are included in the guidebook we provide prior to arrival. We’re always more than happy to see what we can do and address any needs when they’re brought to our attention. Worked well for our family of 4 for the week! We would stay again. Great views & very clean. We all wished the outdoor hot tub hours were extended to be earlier than 10am and later than 9pm.

The property is excellent for a ski trip. Very convenient shuttle runs from inside the parking garage to several places on the hill - you can make special requests as well. Ski lockers are convenient. Outdoor hot tub is huge. The condo is very nice. Lots of good cookware and utensils, but no good knives, and one tiny cutting board.The bed in the master bedroom was OK, not great. There is a hump in the middle that some people might like, but not my husband and I. Windows in the place are wonderful and we watched a pair of magpies building a nest outside the master bedroom.Heating and shower were great. I didn't realize this is two levels, so you must be willing to do stairs. (I must not have read this bit.) The lower bedroom is two twins, that might be able to be pushed together. Mainly set up for family with older kids.We would definitely return to Simba Run.

The place was absolutely amazing. The views are unbeatable, as well as the location makes it easy to get wherever you want to go. The host has everything set up in the space to where it is very hospitable. The only reason that I gave it a four star review is that we were notified the day of check in while we were driving over there that the dishwasher was not working. So there was supposed to be a technician sent on Wednesday to fix it. We waited inside the condo until around noon-1 that day just in case we needed to be there for any reason but nobody ever showed up. All in all though with parking being so close and how the shuttle buses run. This is an amazing place!

Large pleasant apartment with every possible amenity. Super well-supplied kitchen, fans. Only big drawback was the noise of I-70. We sat outside anyway with full moon rising, but sometimes it was more relaxing to close the door and be inside.

Great stay . Good location

Everything was great here. Great views! The only issue was the foam topper on the master bed was hard to get used to. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Great spot for our 3 person trip. Ski and village shuttles were extremely convenient. Hot tub was a nice addition and condo was clean. Living space was sizable and views were great!

Perfect

This place was the perfect combination of convenience, location, and style. The views from the main bedroom were incredible. Checkin was super easy and the amenities (hot tub) were exactly what the doctor Called for. Will definitely loved to stay at this place again.

Cozy, Private, Convenient

My friends and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at Simba Run - Vail. Conveniently located - 2 minute drive to Vail Village. Parking garage was an incredible perk of this condo. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub - which was never over crowded. Accommodations were as advertised - I highly recommend this condo. I would book again!

Great spot in Vail

We’ve stayed in a number of Simba Run properties over the years and always enjoy the location and amenities. This unit is decorated very nicely and offers lovely views. The second bedroom is on the lower level which may not be ideal for families with very young kids but worked great for our teenagers. All our communications went smoothly and check in was very easy.

Perfect location

We travel from Texas to Colorado every other year. We have stayed in different types of places, this place was in a great location, it had a underground garage which we liked because we could leave all our stuff in the car without worrying about getting wet. The place was in very good condition, has beautiful views and the management was easy to contact with a very fast response. We will definitely come back here next time. We are a family of four, my husband, 12-year-old daughter, 15-year-old so, and me. We were very comfortable and glad we chose to stay here..

Excellent Stay!

This property is very nice, just minutes from Vail Town Centre, which is just across I-70, and well equipped. The views are stunning. The rooms comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of appliances, plates and drink ware, and all stylish. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room. It's really an ideal location with outstanding accommodations. Do know that if you're traveling to the area in the few really hot weeks of summer, like most places, there is no AC. It did get into the 50s at night, with a good breeze working in through the large patio door. It does take a bit to cool down to sleeping temps, however. Still, very happy with the stay.

Old Smokey

The pictures looked beautiful online, but the condo smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and did not have a pull out couch as advertised. The online description says it sleeps 4-6, but it only has one king and two twin beds with no pull out queen couch as described, so it really only sleeps four. We arrived at 6:30 PM, and the front desk had already closed, which I consider very early in the day not to have anyone available to help. When we reported the smoke, they already knew and said that they had put an air filter in the room. They advised us just to open the windows and see if that helped since they couldn’t help us until the next day. My daughter had to sleep on the couch that was just a plain couch. She asked me to turn on the ceiling fan while she slept, but it was running in backwards mode so that the air would flow upward. I flipped the switch so that it would blow downward instead, but the motor does not work that way. The ceiling fan was incredibly dusty. It is just very old. The condo still has an intercom system and many things reminiscent from the 1970s or 80s. I could not tell this from the pictures, but the entry to the condo leads right to the bedroom with the two twin beds, and the master bedroom is upstairs away from the entry. I did not feel very comfortable leaving my two children downstairs right by the entry door while my husband and I were upstairs and not aware should someone break into the door. When we arrived, there was a hair on the bath tub for the downstairs kids room. I pulled a Kleenex that had been stuffed into the Kleenex box out to remove the hair, and saw that the Kleenex box too was all dented and old. Just seemed not well cleaned. The next morning, itrip apologized and offered to move us to another property. We moved with high expectations of a pleasant experience but were again disappointed. It was functional and did have enough beds and did not smell like smoke, which was much better. But the place just seemed old and worn and in need of renovation. It was probably beautiful in the 1980s. My whole family just wanted to be out of the condo and doing things outside as much as possible and only use this as a place to sleep. I had hoped we might want to stay there some and play games and cards and have fun our vacation. But it was not a pleasant, vacation feeling environment that we wanted to spend time in. Functional, but old and not enjoyable or pleasant. I am writing to warn other potential visitors. Things can look so good in pictures that it is hard to know. I wish I had seen something like this before booking. I would happily have even spent a little more money to stay in a pretty, updated environment. So wish I could go back in time and choose another location to stay in in beautiful Vail, Colorado. I do not tend to complain. I just wrote a five-star review for the Airbnb we stayed in for three days before this in Aspen/Snowmass. Beware. I will never rent with this group again. So wish I had known. Hope to help another person like I was when deciding where to stay.
