Great Relaxation

This property was accessible to beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. All the visitors we met at The Breakers were friendly and courteous. Wish we could have stayed longer, our villa was about 600 square ft., but a perfect size for a couple.

Nice getaway

location was exactly what we were looking for with a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and worked properly. The description listed is accurate to what you find when you arrive.

Adequate

The unit itself was clean, however, the entrance (through the back side of a restaurant near some dumpsters) was not great. The condo building is in a very densely populated area around Coligny Plaza. I would not recommend staying here is you are at all worried about Covid. No one was wearing masks, beach was very crowded.

Location location location

This was our first trip to Hilton head Island, and we could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Right on the beach and also right across the street from many shops and restaurants. The condo itself is exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. I hesitate to give such a glowing review only because we will be back every year and I know this unit will fill up quickly. But I have nothing negative to say about it. The owner gives great detailed information and when I missed one of those details, the owner responded to me within minutes. Hilton head Island is now one of my very favorite places to go, and you cannot beat the location of this unit.

Not clean, needs updating

Location was wonderful best thing about this place. It was FILTHY to say the least. Outside of the fridge door had dried on some sort of remnants looked like it was never wiped nor cleaned. Bathroom was disgusting, shower curtain was moldy. All furniture should be replaced, it is very worn and dirty. Was scared to sit on the coach thought I might catch something. Hard layer of Dust over everything especially in the bathroom: sink faucet and counter top, toilet, shelf above toilet, toilet paper holder, floor baseboards. I would never rent this unit again!!!!!

Kathleen, I am so sorry that this was your experience - as I have not had this feedback before. I wish you had expressed your concerns when you called me about how to use the TV. If you had mentioned something, I would have had the cleaners return to clean the apartment again to your satisfaction. If I knew there was an issue, I would have addressed it immediately. Jane

2nd time staying at Breakers and both times were great. I was concerned about the view of the ocean from the photos of this unit but the view in person was great. Very happy with our stay. Hope to be back soon! 10/10!

Great beach access!

Super location with easy beach access. Nice pool if beach was too cool or windy. Good location to Coligny shops and eateries. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable bed. Owner very responsive if needing anything. Place needs a deep clean and owner said she’s on it! Also felt safe there. Nice in the off season without crazy crowds.

Great Location

The condo is in a great location where you can walk to everything. The pictures you see online is exactly how it looked when we arrived. Overall we were very pleased with the condo but I would suggest it needs a good cleaning throughout which that may go back to the cleaning service they’re using.

Perfect little getaway

Our stay was Wonderful, just too short! The check in and out directions were easy to understand and it was absolutely the easiest I've ever done. The place was a tad bit smaller than expected, but that's because we had 3 plus sized women with us, but we got over that pretty quickly. We had everything we needed for our two night stay. Thank you Jane for a stress free stay!

Perfect location

Really enjoyed being right on the beach as well as having the pool! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Fall Vacation at The Breakers 123

This property was clean and well decorated. The listing and accompanying photos were accurate. Our location was very convenient to Coligny Square and Coligny Shopping Mall. Lots to do and great food close by! The beach is just steps away! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We had a little issue getting in the property due to Vrbo not sending me the correct info. I contacted the owner and she got back to me right away with all the info I needed. Other than that we had an amazing stay. The description is accurate. The beach amazing especially in the morning and if your not a beach person there is lots of bike riding or shopping to be done. We will definitely be back.

Great value, nice pool, good beach access right from pool

Great bang for buck, very close to the public beach access and right across the street from dozens of shops. We were hunkering down for Covid and doing all of our meals in the house. This worked out real nice for our family, would stay again! We usually go to Tybee, but this was a nice trip!

Breakers 123

The location of this condo is as good as it gets if you are looking to be close to both the beach and Coligny Square. It is small, but we were not in the condo much. We enjoyed being able to walk to most everything. There is little storage room or kitchen space for storing groceries and my only suggestion would be to replace the old cookware/skillets. The pull-out mattress was surprisingly very comfortable for my teens! The master bed was also comfortable. We had a nice time! Thank you!
