This contemporary beach house has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. Inside, you’ll find a spacious and inviting open plan living and dining area with polished timber floors, which create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable living area offers a space to unwind after a day of exploration, and the well equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing your favorite meals. Whether you’re cooking a hearty breakfast to start your day or a leisurely dinner after a day out, the kitchen has everything you need.

Step out onto the deck off the second story living area, where you can savor your meals while enjoying picturesque views of the ocean. It’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the water.

This beach house features 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom is perfect for families with two sets of bunk beds.

The ground floor features a bathroom, while an additional powder room is located upstairs for your convenience. A fully equipped laundry is also available, ensuring you have everything you need for longer stays. Wi-Fi is not available.

Outside, the private landscaped gardens offer a serene setting for relaxation, and the BBQ area invites you to enjoy outdoor meals and gatherings with family and friends.

This house is available throughout the year, whether you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, an exciting adventure, or a short term corporate lease during the off peak season.

Please remember that pets are not allowed on the premises, and we maintain a strict no-parties policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all our neighbours. A pre-authorization of $500 is required as part of our security measures.

Local Area

Torquay is a popular holiday destination for Victorians, known for its picturesque beaches with wide grassy foreshores and large shady trees lining the coast. Scenic walking tracks extend throughout the town's foreshore, offering breathtaking views from Yellow Bluff and Point Danger, where an Anzac Memorial overlooks the ocean from atop the headland.

The main commercial center of Torquay spans Pearl Street and Gilbert Street, merging seamlessly with the coastal boulevard of The Esplanade. Additional shops, cafes, restaurants, and the town's historic hotel can be found on Bell Street, opposite a large camping and caravan ground near Point Danger.

Torquay is synonymous with the surfing industry, boasting numerous manufacturers and retailers of surfing related goods along its main highway. Surf City Plaza is a notable hub, also home to the Australian National Surfing Museum, the world's largest surfing and beach culture museum.
