The apartment features a combined lounge/dining area, main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed, both with ceiling fans. Spacious well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with separate toilet, internal laundry with washing machine & dryer. One single lock-up garage. Enjoy the soothing ocean views from the balcony as you sip your morning coffee or savour an afternoon BBQ. Only a short stroll down to Flynn's Beach, local restaurants & only a short drive into the town centre. FREE WIFI. There is no lift in the complex, unit is accessible by stairs.

It is the ideal place for that perfect family holiday.

Beach view was Fantastic. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the whales and dolphins. Road noise was bad.

WHAT A VIEW

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surprised with size of apartment. Plenty of room including bedrooms. Beds were comfortable(queen&double) Recent reno of bathroom area modernised it. Very comfortable and the view was impressive. Lockable garage was nice. Value was ok when compared with nearby park cabins. The stairs were a negative with carrying our gear(4 months of travelling) up and down the stairs. I am 70 though. Quiet at night. busy traffic during day. yapping dogs next door was annoying. Key collecting easy. For the sake of complex apartment owners maybe later checkout if leaving on a Sunday.

NEXT DOOR PORPERTY DOGS BARK ALL DAY AND NIGHT ABSOLUTELY RUINED OUR HOLIDAY AND BED IN SECOND VERY HARD CHEAP MATTRESS ON WOODEN SLATS. OVERALL NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Maybe the most beautiful place in Port M.

The views were outstanding, and you really can't get any closer to the beach. A little grocery, restaurants and bus stop are an easy walk away. The apartment was the perfect size and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking. Having the washing machine and drying was so helpful. The walk up was not too bad, and got easier with time. The neighbors are friendly. The street is noisy and the ocean is noisy and there were some barking dogs next door, but that quiets down at night. This is a truly great place to stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a lovely location overlooking the sea, but unfortunately for us we found the road noise was too much. The appartment was pretty but we also found the bed was uncomfortable too. The arrangement for clean towels every week was a very good service. We found Port Macquarie was a great location to visit and the beaches are beautiful. Plenty of places to visit for all visitors. Great little Museum, flights and dolphin boat tours etc. Also a lot of choice of foods from takeaway’s to restaurants. The Thai restaurant in town (Northport Thai) was very good, also a lovely fish restaurant (Whalebone Wharf) which we enjoyed very much and its in a great location overlooking the river. It’s a great place to visit for a holiday and we enjoyed it very much.

Nice and cosy

Nice unit in good location. Car parking not so good especially if you have a trailer/boat. Need to let guest know not to take trailer /boat to the rear garage as it is impossible to turn. Plenty of stairs to unit, it will keep you fit. Also needs aircon or fan in the living area.

Great view and good sized apartment

Great view. Plenty of noise from the busy street though. Picks ups a good sea breeze. Amenities all in good working order and a well stocked kitchen.

Excellent Holiday

Modern and well appointed Unit with a view to die for. Close to everything and friendly neighbors who will give you all the must do places to go and see. Really enjoyed our 5 week stay.

Sea views over Nobby’s beach

Perfect apartment with fabulous views and sea breeze through three balconies. Close to walk to Nobby’s, Flynn’s and Shelley Beaches. Beautifully renovated. Lovely neighbours. We hope to be back again.

Ocean view... perfect.

All good. Amenities were great. People in apt block friendly. Prob with dishwasher not working properly, although that didn’t spoil our experience.

Perfect location, just far enough away from the buzz of Port. Early morning beach walk to Flynns and coffee at the Sandbox. Great coastal walking track.

Beautiful views

The apartment was well located with easy access to the beach and lovely water views. The only negatives were that the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and that the stock of necessities (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing tablets) was limited to a single item each - for a 1 week stay I would expect a little more generosity!
