The house was absolutely so amazing, it was clean it was family friendly and it’s everything we could have asked for. It’s a little far from where we were floating at but it was so worth it. Everyone absolutely enjoyed it. The art work was amazing it was very interesting and unique. We definitely will be going back without a doubt we enjoyed it so much.

Fun Stay in Seguin

The house was very well appointed. We booked a weekend for a family gathering. Our son really enjoyed fishing in the River and we used the kayaks. We would definitely consider staying here again. Host was great and very responsive.

Excellent Spot

The house was perfect for us (family of 4). Upstairs main living area and rooms were large and spacious, and the bonus space downstairs allowed the kids to have their own little area to get away when needed. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. We spent the holidays here and it easily accommodated holiday cooking.River at this house was amazing. Beautiful backyard/dock area was perfect for relaxing and spending time just disconnecting from our every day lives and enjoying the river.Evolve and the host were both responsive and helpful when needed. We don't typically stay at any place twice (there are so many options to try out, why limit yourself), but this house was great enough to warrant a second consideration if we ever want to go back to Seguin.

3 Generation Thanksgiving Holiday

A wonderful holiday adventure attended by grandparents, parents, adult children and son-in-law (7 in total). Our home was spacious and well appointed with the perfect accommodations for all attendees to include a large working kitchen, casual and formal dining spaces, early morning and late evening activities, all within a spacious and embracing environment. Days started with early coffee down at the river around the fire pit, various group and personal conversations on the many river facing outdoor patios, home cooking straight from the huge kitchen, themed group dinners to include a smoked turkey, and end of day chats around the fire pit.Being beside the river made for truly amazing and reflective early morning starts, and canoe and dock fishing were wonderful activities easily accessed by all. The grandfolks from Los Angeles also enjoyed the local town history and impressive Riverwalk. A truly amazing 4 days that will be remembered and cherished by all.

This beautiful home had everything we needed for our stay in Seguin. The river views and breezy balcony were just we needed at the end of a long work day. Beds were comfortable with high quality linens. Kitchen was well stocked. Truly a home away from home!

Decorated beautifully both inside and out

All of us said they would stay at this property again The weather was very nice Us four girls sat on the dock for a while, enjoying the sun. The family room was large enough for us all to hangout together. Also the balcony, deck area was a nice area to listen to music. We had a fire downstairs outside to make s’mores. This is always fun

Great home on the river

Our family traveled to Seguin for a quick trip to visit family in the area. The home was on the river and had a great view. There was a television downstairs for our younger kiddo and one upstairs for us! The master bedroom had a comfortable bed and a large tub as well as a separate shower. The set up was as good as home! The home was clean and tastefully decorated. The communication was superb!

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, great amenities

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home on the Guadalupe River in Seguin. I love the layout of the home and the river sits in the backyard! S’mores on the fire facilitated fun, family conversation. The beds were VERY comfortable and the big tub led to relaxing evenings. We will book again!

Amazing family vacay home

We have a large blended family with adult children and grandchildren. This beautiful property met all of our needs and was large enough to accommodate us all with plenty of indoor and outdoor space! We enjoyed sitting by the river, kayaking and fishing. The upstairs and downstairs patios provided us with fantastic fellowship areas and peaceful coffee drinking in the mornings. The home is so welcoming and warm. We were so comfortable and relaxed! It was like being at home! The location is within short driving distances of all the sight seeing and activities that are available in the area, including river floating and outlet shopping. We loved it so much that we are all in agreement this will be a yearly trip for our family!

Wedding Weekend

I’m not sure where to start. This place was absolutely perfect. We needed a relaxing place to stay for my daughter’s wedding, and this home was spot on. Our family and the bridesmaids fit perfectly, and the location and backyard gave the perfect, serene stay for us. We’re thinking of returning in the summer to be able to enjoy the water activities.

Lovely Vacation Home

Four couples, sans kiddos, came for a weekend wedding in Seguin and had the nicest time at this VRBO. Well stocked and well cared for. Beds are comfortable, ample seating and hang out spaces for all of us and we loved the river toys! Communication with home owner was easy and pleasant. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Amazing river house!

Beautiful house!!! House is very large. Kitchen is huge and fully stocked. Living room is large and furniture is very comfortable. But the outdoor areas are what it’s all about. Upper deck is great for sitting and relaxing and has a gate to keep the kids safe. The lower deck is huge and is where we spent most of our time. Has a Ping pong table and tons of sitting area. Has two canoes and two kayaks. Was so peaceful floating down the river. The PowerPlant grill is about 5-7 minutes away and a must eat at. Overall was a great space for two families with two small kids. We didn’t even need to use the bottom bunk room which could fit another family or all the kiddos.
