6 seater Golf Cart Included!
So close to the beach! Our 3 Bedroom 3 Bath home, with fantastic Gulf Views from both levels of the home. All 3 bedrooms have nice patios, and the Master Bedroom and Living room both have those Gulf Views that everyone will adore!

We feature out street private parking for 2 large vehicles. Inside, you'll find on the first floor, a large master suite, with King bed, nicely appointed master bath suite with separate tub and walk in shower, and dual vanity sinks. Walk right out the bedroom to a fantastic new gulf facing deck.

The second bedroom on the first level features another large room with queen/twin trundle bed and full bed with private bath. Another private large balcony off of this bedroom as well. This level also features a full sized laundry.

Leading up to the second level, you'll be amazed with the fantastic gulf views, from the "open concept" Living/dining/kitchen area. Off of that, another very large deck, perfect for enjoying those beach views!

The kitchen is stocked and well appointed. Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, blender and beverage mugs for the beach. The living room also features a very nice, comfortable queen sofa sleeper.

The third bedroom is also on the second level, with private bath, and queen/twin trundle bed and bunk beds with hallway bathroom, and another private balcony.

A great community pool is also available, less than a block away. Beach access is close by to hit the sand and water! Great dining choices on 30A which is a block away. Restaurants include Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Local Catch and La Playa. On the corner you will find, Under the Sea for snacks, sandwiches, ice cream, bike rentals, golf carts, and beach toys.

Vacay 2025

The unit needs a redo. There was not one comfortable place to sit and the kitchen was lacking glassware and the coffee pot was cracked! We did not like the beaches as there were too many restrictions about where to park and where to set up.

Wonderful Beach House for Spring Break

Gorgeous property with ocean view! Quick walk or golf cart ride to THE BEACH, community pool, great restaurants (Local Catch was our favorite), shops, ice cream, and bike rental! Short car ride to grocery stores! We all loved this property!! Spring Break 2025 was great Property owner even went above and beyond by mailing back a personal item that was left!!

New favorite spot in FL!

This property was perfect- location, amenities, and communication with the owners. The house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. However, the owner quickly took care of it by sending over the cleaning crew and sent us out to dinner while we waited! We had enough to get dinner out another night, too! The young adults in the family agreed that Santa Rosa Beach is our new favorite place in Florida.

Very pleased with our vacation stay.

Very nice clean property. Close to restaurants and shopping and the golf cart was a added bonus we pretty much went everywhere in the golf cart. It was nice to have the community pool when we didn't want to go down to the beach which was just a short walk. We would definitely recommend this home and we would definitely book again. Owner Janea was very nice and accommodating.

Fantastic!!!

This home was perfect for our family of five, plus my parents. It is close to beach, pool, and restaurants. Clean, relaxing, and comfortable. I enjoyed reading on the upper balcony listening to the waves. I would highly recommend.

A little piece of paradise

We had a great time staying at this property. Very close to the beach, you can actually see it from the balcony of the house. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. The golf cart was a cool addition to our vacation, we used it daily to go to the beach and to explore the surrounding areas. I would definitely go back there.

It slept our 10 but living area was small. It was convenient to beach. The kitchen was on second floor so inconvenient to get groceries up two flights of stairs. Overall it was ok for the money.

Great Vacay!

My family and I stayed here for a week, and we LOVED it! It was perfect for 7 people, with plenty of room and comfortable beds!! The location was great - so close to the beach! It truly was an easy and short walk. The golf cart was an added bonus, and we loved driving it around 30a, Great communication with the owner too! I definitely recommend this place, and I look forward to staying there again!

Location Location Location

I spent a month looking at properties trying to decide what made one different from the other and where they were in relation to everything. I could have skipped all that, booked this one and been done! The location is PERFECT! It’s the last home on the street so it felt very private. The water was right down the street. My mother loved to sit on the balcony and look at the water view. The corner had a local store for renting bikes, getting coffee and food. The opposite corner has a great restaurant, Goat Feathers. This home also comes with a golf cart so you really don’t have to get back in your car once you are here. Also the ‘community’ pool May as well be private because there was never anyone in it. There are bbq grills and a great patio area. When we come back we will be staying here again.

Great location and house. Had all the needed amenities. Golf cart was a plus even though we were so close to the beach that it wasn't always necessary. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We stayed at the home with 4 teens over our spring break. The location to the beach and shops is ideal. The kids also enjoy skateboarding and there is a nice skate park 5 minutes away. The golf cart made it easy to get around town for quick trips. The place was clean and the owner was responsive and helpful.

Nice property, great owner

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. It had a great location and the golf cart was an amazing benefit! The owner was super responsive and proactive in communication and the minor issues we had were promptly resolved. Would happily stay again.

Hi, we are from Kansas and fell in love with 30A about 12 years ago. It has become a yearly ritual to spend our summer vacation at the beach. We took the plunge in 2019 and made our dream of owning a beach house a reality.

There are so many things I love about this property, we are tucked back in a quiet corner of the subdivision with great gulf views from both decks. We are a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and in the evenings, you can sit outside on the deck and hear the waves.

We love the community pool, as it is a welcomed hangout if the red flags are flying at the beach. The kids enjoy walking or riding bikes to the corner for ice cream. We also have several great restaurants within walking distance from the house.

It's just the best get away from our busy life..... We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
