Pool was enjoyable. The home needs some TLC like paint and updates on bed frames in twin bed room. Overall comfortable but was a little pricey.

We all had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed. Our host Eric even checked that we had a blender so that we could make smoothies. The pool was wonderful and warm. Even the water at cocoa beach was warm. No one wanted to leave. Thank you Eric for sharing your house with us.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay!

We had a comfortable and enjoyable time on Merritt Island. Such a great location - convenient to everything. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and walk him in the peaceful neighborhood. It was great to have coffee by the pool which was made even more comfortable by the overhead fans! Pool, pool table, and many board games made for great family fun! Well provisioned - Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meals each evening. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would stay again!

Great rental

We had a great stay. Everything was as stated in the house. My kids loved the pool and the air hockey table. It was nice find a bunch of pool floats. Location is great! Lots of places to eat close by and a very close rude to the beach and Canaveral if you want more options. Washer and drier could be updated but they work and nice to have for our stay.

Mom ;)

We had a blast! It was helpful to have the washer/dryer on hand. The kids woke up and swam as soon as they could. In polite consideration of the neighbors, the owner had asked that there be a noise curfew. The area is quiet and we found easy access to grocery and shopping. It was what we needed to decompress from a busy lifestyle.

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave this review! We're so glad you enjoyed the pool! The homeowner would like to share the following: We always look to provide guests with the best experience at our home. We apologize for the issue you were having with the air conditioner and were not aware of the issue until after your check-out date. The air conditioner was repaired on the same day you left. We would have been more than happy to resolve this issue during your stay had you reached out. We appreciate the feedback and hope you come back to visit again!

I would stay there again

The neighborhood seemed plenty safe, I jogged around it on several different days. If you like to cook your own meals to save a lot, this place had almost everything you can imagine. From some dry spices, to pans and utensils, and a gas grill. You need to buy your own condiments, not a big deal. We stayed shortly after a hurricane, and the only issue we had was the pool got a little murky while we were there and could have used some chlorine or cleaning.

Felt Like Home

I can't say enough about how beautiful and how at home we felt here. The home is well appointed, especially the kitchen. The neighborhood is very friendly and close to everything. My husband and I are runners and it was great to run in a peaceful neighborhood with no traffic. Cocoa beach was beautiful and easy to get to. We visited Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center and Blue Springs. Had a great time stand up paddle boarding with SoBe Surf. The house is perfect for couples, children, teens, etc. Beautiful pool and backyard. You will not be disappointed!! Many thanks Colleen for a wonderful experience!!
