Luxury condos on historic Boggy Sand Road. At night you can hear the waves breaking on Boggy Sand Beach, the most secluded part of Seven Mile Beach.
Spacious with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room leading onto a very large balcony.

- The Master bedroom has a Full Bathroom with Rain Shower and stand-alone bathtub.
- 2nd Bedroom with a luxurious King bed and en-suite.
- 3rd Bedroom is set up with 2 Twin Beds (or King) and Bathroom
- 4th Bedroom, Bunk Beds (2 Full and 2 Twin) and bathroom down the hall.

Amazing place to stay! This was our second trip to Cayman and we stayed here both times. The communication with the property managers, the cleanliness and location of the condo, and the beach and its free amenities (paddle boards, kayaks, chairs and umbrellas) were absolutely wonderful and we had the best family vacation ever!

We just returned from a six night stay at Boggy Sands - Parrot 2. This was a family vacation for us and we are grandparents, two adult children w/ spouses and four grandchildren, ages 3-8. We had an INCREDIBLE time! The condo was very spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. We purchased some food at the nearby grocery store and ate breakfast in the condo before heading out to the beach each day. Some of us packed lunches in the wheeled coolers that were provided and some went back to the condo for lunch and naps for the little ones. It was just a short walk to the beach from the condo. The water was absolutely gorgeous - crystal clear with a soft, sandy bottom and the perfect temperature. The Boggy Beach Bus had every kind of beach toy or accessory one could want. The kids enjoyed building sand castles and playing with the variety of sand toys on the beach, and the adults loved the paddle boards and kayaks. There were loungers and umbrellas set up on the private part of the beach each day. All of the above was provided as part of the condo rental. I forgot to mention that there was a couple of lily pads and a trampoline a little ways offshore for some additional water fun! We would usually spend the last hour or so before dinner at the pool, which was clean and refreshing. We did rent a car and would usually drive to local restaurants for dinner. Our family has traveled to quite a few Caribbean islands and we would rate Grand Cayman and Boggy Sands near the top.

Perfect stay!!

Boggy Sands was a perfect stay!! Condo was nicely decorated and had ample space for five adults and four teenagers (16-18yrs). The 3 minute walk to your private beach was short and pleasant. Everything is provided except food. Big grocery store 2 min walk. Communication with staff was on point. Will definitely be back and recommend. Thank you Boggy Sands for a memorable stay

Great stay

Our family of seven including a three and six year old enjoyed a week at Boggy Sands. It is exactly as advertised. We loved the location - the grocery store is great. The condo was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The location is great. Communication was great - everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our little girls enjoyed playing at the pool and the beach was magnificent.

Well-appointed condo with a .21 walk to the beach

Our stay was good. The beautiful "view" pics from the site are a little misleading. The owner will disagree, but the sea view is distant and the walk to the beach was .21 miles. Literally, walk down an ally then to a public road and finally to the beach. Our stay in Parrot 2, the second building from the road, didn't not provide a good balcony view. The balcony view was vegetation. Maybe the three buildings in front of us provided a better view To be fair, the condo was in great shape. Everything worked and was well appointed. The place was very clean. The grocery store, Fosters, is about the same distance if not closer than the beach. It's a good store. The manager on site was very nice. The private beach was nice. The Boggy Sands Bus had a lot of good beach equipment. There's staff on site to help with beach umbrellas...etc It's a good property. If you don't mind packing up a wagon, then taking a slight walk through a neighborhood to the beach... this might be the place for you. Once again, the condo was spacious, very nice and clean. Perfect for large families .

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay at Boggy Sands. It was as advertised. The communication from Morne, Alfanso, and team was terrific. The private beach with its amenities were a plus. West Bay was a great location, and Boggy Sands was convenient to everything that our family needed. Not sure when we will be back, but there is no doubt that we will be checking with the Boggy Sands team first when we do. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

High end luxury stay

Absolutely loved our vacation at Boggy Sands! The apartment was large, clean, beautifully decorated, modern and had a fully stocked kitchen. Everything about this place is just so convenient and easy. The beach is steps away with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and other beach toys. It had everything to keep our big kids happy. Alfonso and G were just so friendly and helpful. Foster’s grocery store and liquor store are a 5 minute walk away and the cart they provide makes shopping even easier. We loved the rooftop deck to watch the sunset. Do not hesitate to book Boggy Sands for your Cayman vacation. You won’t regret it!

A beautiful vacation

We had a fantastic time at Boggy Sands! We stayed in Parrot 2 and it was plenty big enough for 2 families (8 people). The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Grocery and liquor store very close (walking distance). The highlight was the beach club ... amazing water and easy access to everything we needed to enjoy it ... chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Snorkeling and watching the turtles was very entertaining. Alfanso was amazing and has the best energy ... really helped keep us connected and made our stay very easy. We will return!

Great place

Alfanso and the team were outstanding. It’s a quiet beach that was great to relax on. There’s also a sunken ship we explored that’s about a 10 min paddle out. Super cool to see! Loved the place, would stay again 100%.

Perfect family vacation

Our family of 7 adults and 3 infants spent the week at Boggy Sands Beach Club. The property was quite new and very clean. Spacious rooms and well appointed. A/C works great! Private pool and beach were very quiet... felt like we were the only ones there at times. No competing for beach chairs or umbrellas. The staff was absolutely fantastic from the messages the week before to day of arrival, anticipating our needs, always exchanging a friendly greeting. We would definitely go back and will recommend for other families looking for a great "Base Camp" on Seven Mile Beach.

This property and the management team is fantastic. The accommodations were true to all the pictures just stunning in person. Great getaway

Great Family Vacation

We had a fantastic, six night vacation at Boggy Sands Club. The four bedroom / four bath set up was perfect for two families with three boys (ages 16,15, 12) and one girl (12). The beach was a quick two minute walk (if that) and it was never crowded. Provided for our use were boogie boards, paddle boards, kayaks, beach towels, lounge chairs, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, etc. There was also a swim platform about 25 yards off the beach which was a blast to hang out on. Around the corner and probably a four minute walk was a full size grocery store, liquor store, Dairy Queen, and a solid restaurant, Bayside. Don’t worry about getting everything back from the store, Boggy Sands has wagons around the property for you to haul everything back in. Along with Bayside, Alfresco was another great restaurant that was walkable, about 10 minutes. We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Boggy Sands. A beautiful beach, very comfortable and updated accommodations and a highly professional staff made our holiday one to remember. We can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic time @ Boggy Sands!

Ruaneik was warm, welcoming and informative. Alphonso was AMAZING he made everyday at the beach so much fun for everyone. Parrot 2 was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

The perfect condo!

This condo was perfect for our group of 5 ladies! Spacious, well equipped rooms, kitchen, laundry… elevator right to our door, big, comfy couch, beautiful beach! Cooler provided to take to beach, wagons and carts provided to haul things to beach and from grocery store! Everything worked great! Grocery store and liquor store were a quick walk away! We had so much fun and hope to stay here again!

Amazing!

Parrot 2 was amazing! The condo was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. I loved that beach towels were provided- and not just a few but approximately 15! Keirstin did a small grocery run for us prior to arrival and we went to the grocery store the next day - which is a quick 4 minute walk away. Michel was great - he gave us a quick tour of the condo upon arrival and answered any questions we had. The beach access point was easy and quick to get to and the beach was amazing. There were enough chairs for all guests and umbrellas if needed. Alfonso helped with kayaks and SUP boards (which were free to use) and he was great to chat with, too. Overall an amazing experience. We hope to be back!

Best family vacation ever

This was our 4th time visiting the island, 1st time staying at Boggy Sands. This was also our 1st time being away from home for Christmas. Our condo was AMAZING. Very clean, very spacious. The staff was also AMAZING and very helpful. Any issues or questions I had, they were very prompt in answering me and helping me out. The private beach access was nice as well. Everyone we came in contact with were so friendly. I loved that the beach was not busy like resorts are. My family and I can't wait to return to Grand Cayman and can't wait to stay again at Boggy Sands. Bonus that the grocery store, liquor store, Dairy Queen and Bayside Restaurant are in walking distant. 10 out of 10 stay for sure.

Amazing stay at the Boggy Sands Club!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Boggy Sands Club! From the very start they were incredibly accommodating after we all got sick and wanted to reschedule our trip. The condos are amazing, so well stocked they really thought of everything! We were traveling with two small children ( ages 1.5 and 5 years old) and they had high chairs and pack and plays, they even had rolling coolers and ice packs that we used to take lunch to the beach everyday! Speaking of the beach it was incredible! It was a short 60 second walk down the lovely and charming boggy sands road. The beach club is nestled in between million dollar homes and far from the resorts so it felt like our own private beach most of the time! The management team was always available and gave us great restaurant and activity recommendations. If you’re looking for a fun and relaxing family vacation this is the spot. We can’t wait to go back and plan on making it an annual trip!
