Escape to paradise at our newly renovated, 2-level condo in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. Featuring three spacious king bedrooms and stunning Caribbean views from the beach, this is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups looking to indulge in both relaxation and adventure.

The Space

Recently renovated, our condo blends modern comfort with island charm. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area on the main floor provides ample space for socializing, while the upstairs bedrooms ensure peace and quiet with comfortable beds and blackout blinds when you're ready to unwind. Whether you're sipping coffee on one of two private balconies, enjoying the cool Caribbean breeze, or watching the sunset, every moment feels like a tropical dream.

Our fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need, makes dining in easy, and there’s seating for six inside and out. After a day of exploring, relax on the oversized sofa that comfortably seats everyone, or catch a movie on the large living room TV. With high-speed internet and cable, along with TVs in every bedroom, entertainment is always within reach.

For added fun, we provide snorkel gear, beach toys, pool floats, tennis rackets, board games, and even a selection of books for those quieter days. Need to get a bit of work done? There's a dedicated workspace so you can balance work and play.

Location

Step out of your door walk a few moments down he path to the ocean. Whether you want to relax by the ocean or explore the vibrant shopping, restaurants, and nightlife of Grand Cayman, everything is just a short walk away. We are the closest complex to Camana Bay, it is a short walk on the garden overpass. For convenience, taxi and bus services are available right outside, and a dedicated parking space is provided if you prefer to drive.

Guest Access

You’ll have full access to the condo, including both balconies, the shared pool, tennis courts, and beach access. Plus, sunsets here are complimentary!

Family Vacation

Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Snorkeling off the beach. Condo, beach and pool well maintained. Great place to enjoy family vacation. Condo is very spacious and stocked with everything one would need. Hope to be back soon!

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed our stay in Grand Cayman. The property is beautiful and very clean. The condo has everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. Great access to a pool, the beach, and nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home & Host

This was our second time at Cayman Reef and Tanis' place is sure to become an annual. Beautifully updated/renovated with top quality finishes in a quiet, long-standing community on Seven Mile that is a convenient walk to everything one could need. Tanis was super communicative and available for any questions during our stay, and provided great information on the property and area. Looking forward to our next visit!

Relaxing to the Max

Prior to our stay, Tanis was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. Upon arrival, the property was extremely clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our week. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas as we explored the various beaches on the island. The condo complex has modest number of units (compared to others in the area) so it was quiet and did not feel overcrowded. This was a plus, especially during “spring break season!” We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Grand Cayman and would absolutely stay at this property again if we were to return.

It was absolutely beautiful! The location is really close to anything you would possibly need. There is a grocery store -Fosters 7 min walking distance if you need anything. The people at the resort were all helpful and kind. The condo has just about everything you may need to enjoy your stay. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!! Would book this again for sure!

Family Spring Break extended stay

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer extended stay! The location and amenities were excellent! We could walk to top restaurants, shopping and beaches with our four young kids. The condo was extremely well equipped. My mom and sister rented another unit on property which made for a fun family gathering. The host made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to all questions. Lovely stay!!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a beautifully renovated condo with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and a den, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Balconies on both levels. Tanis (condo owner) kindly left us shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent so no need to bring. All the appliances work easily. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is a small beachfront area. We do hope to return soon!

Great condo in a great location!

We rented this condo for a week over spring break! It is in a fabulous location and easily accommodated our family of 5. The owner was amazing and readily available to answer any questions we had. The bottom floor bathroom with shower was very convenient for showering after the beach to make sure the top floor remained sand free. The condo was fully stocked and even had plenty of beach towels and pool toys! We look forward to another stay very soon!

Stay at Cayman Reef

This condo was perfect for our trip. It was spotless when we arrived and had all sorts of useful amenities within the unit like towels, chairs, umbrellas, laundry, etc. Cayman Reef is in a great location and is walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. And Tanis was extremely responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Cayman condo!

This condo unit was perfect for 6 friends on a winter getaway. It had Everything we needed! The beds were amazingly comfy and the condo was spotless when we arrived. Tanis thinks of everything to make your stay easier. It is convenient to lots of restaurants in walking distance. The beach was gorgeous but receding due to fall hurricanes. Overall, perfect stay and a beautiful condo!

I was skeptical at first since my family and I are well traveled and have never stayed in a VRBO type property. The unit was immaculate. All the pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate. The location of the property could not have better. On the beach, so close to Camana Bay and all it offers. As for the unit owners all I can say is FANTASTIC!! Easy to connect, entirely accommodating and as the owners should be immensely proud of how nice their remodel is. We met people on the property who have rented there for 20 years and told us our unit is by far the nicest in the complex. We had such good sleep in the beds Tanis actually went to the unit after our stay and sent links where to buy the mattress and pillows. Bottom line is the unit is beautiful, the location in my opinion is perfect and Tanis is incredible.

Wonderful Beach Condo!

We had a fantastic stay at Tanis's condo at Cayman Reef in early January. There were 4 adults (my husband and I, and our 2 adult kids). We had lots of space and comfy beds. The condo was spotlessly clean and well equipped with all the necessities and lots of extra - such as snorkel gear, beach towels, and family board games. We were steps away from the pool and 7 Mile Beach. Terrific restaurants, a grocery store and shops were within walking distance. The host was very helpful when we landed early and met us so we could safely store our luggage. Tanis also provided great recommendations for eating out and activities. We will definitely be back!

Great Holiday Getaway

My husband and I had a great time hosting our adult children for the Christmas holidays at the Cayman Reef. We loved the layout and the space it provided for all of us to enjoy our time together. The host was always available if we needed her and was helpful if we had any questions. When our flight was canceled she helped us find another place to stay the night. Our family enjoys playing pickleball, so we were super excited to start and end each day with a fun family game. The condo has everything you need to have a great vacation.

Perfect Cayman Vacation

This condo was 100% a home away from home! It is impeccable. It’s central to everything and located on a beautiful beach! We definitely would stay here again and anytime we’re in Cayman again. The property manager/owner is also amazing….incredibly helpful and responds right away.

Great property to stay

We truely enjoyed our time at Grand Cayman and this property is just perfect for our family of 4. Close to everything, including great restaurants and beach. Property owner even stopped by at one point to make sure we are OK and knows where to eat ect.

We have a fully renovated unit including new AC ducts and venting, new furniture, new beds -and all are spotlessly maintained. I have high standards and keep our unit as clean and spotless as I would like to find one if I were the guest.
