This modern home is tucked away in a very quiet neighbourhood in West Kelowna. You will have a patio off the kitchen to enjoy the views and access to a small plunge pool in the back yard. This house is just few minute walk to the public beach and boat launch. Take a walk along the boardwalk and find the hidden outdoor trails. A few minutes drive is the infamous "Westside Trail" where multiple wineries reside. You can also check out the boat rentals 1 km away at the Cove resort. Book a SPA DAY at their spa or simply walk down to dine in the restaurant Kitchen's Landing. Enjoy this peaceful area to wind-down and de-stress. The house has a blue light filter system so no need to worry during water advisories.
ALSO, an acceptable 1 hour drive to the ski hill - Big White. Spend the morning skiing and the afternoon wine touring close to home.

Truly Amazing!

Wonderful property. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Walking distance to wineries and 20 minutes by car to downtown Kelowna. Host Katherine is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Great place in West Kelowna

We had a great stay and the house was clean and beautiful. The pool is a little smaller than expected but we weren’t there for the pool anyway so not a big deal.

Gorgeous Lake view, stunning house

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful house that had every carefully thought out attention to detail features to make it feel like you’re at home. The views are stunning. The host was very prompt, kind, responsive and reliable. The house is gorgeous! Would highly recommend!

Superb home in Kelowna

A beautiful home with outstanding lake views and close to top wineries and just a short walk to the beach in West Kelowna. The house is luxurious and extremely well equipped, from the kitchen, to the treadmill and spin bike, weights and pool. It was perfect for our group of six people, including 5 adults and a nine year old, Our host, Katherine, was very helpful and proactive. We would highly recommended staying at this property when visiting the Okanagan.

Beautiful, well appointed lakehouse - with a gorgeous view and conveniently located on a quiet street very close to the lake, shops and amenities. Our family (grandparents, us and young kids) had a lovely stay and would book here again in a heartbeat. Katherine is a wonderful hostess - friendly, helpful and responsive. Thank you Katherine!

Beautiful Home

We had a lovely stay with our parents and adult siblings. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances needed for cooking and the home was the perfect size for the six of us. It rained during our stay so we did not use the pool. We saw lots of deer walk by on the street below which was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Stunning!

Gorgeous modern house that is very well appointed! The view of Lake Okanagan is at least 180 degrees. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with three areas for sitting outside. One is off the kitchen, has a table and a great quality BBQ. The second is on the bottom level, near the pool area. It has shade most of the day and has seating for 4 or 5 with a table. The third area is around the pool. All the appliances are top grade and easy to use. The master bedroom has a wide view of the lake, a large ensuite and a comfy bed. The other bedrooms also have high quality beds and share a lovely bathroom. This house is definitely a 10/10 and the host is very nice and efficient. Access was easy and we felt very secure. The kitchen is very well equipped and a dream for foodies! There is every tool we needed and then some. There are lots of spices and other core kitchen sauces like soya sauce so check out the kitchen before you head to the grocery store. The gas stove, dishwasher, two ovens are high-end brands. This was a 5 day family gathering for three couples and it exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely time. There are great wineries and restaurants in the area plus Gellatly beach is very close and is connected to the many beaches in West Kelowna. We came from Calgary and it is definitely worth another 30 minutes drive to stay in this house and the area.

If you are looking to unwind in a quiet and peaceful area, this is the spot for you. You can leave a window open at night and won't hear a peep! You are walking distance to the beach, trails and just a couple of minutes drive to all amenities and wineries. I am looking for guests that want to read a book by the pool and relax. My street is extremely & I ask that my guests are respectful and mindful of this. Please do not book if you don't fit this vibe.

There is a steam oven and a convection oven. Also a blue light water filter system that filters the entire house. Enjoy the small gym if you feel like staying active during your stay.
