Stay in this modern farmhouse on almost an acre! Toast marshmallows with friends and family, play horseshoes, Cornhole, Yardzee and other outdoor activities. Modern Gas firepit on a spacious patio perfect for warm conversations. Ample space for small family gatherings; the property sleeps up to 10 people (8 is most comfortable) with 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, two pullouts, & a comfy couch. Two Packn'Plays available for babies too! Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, gas range/oven, stainless steel appliances, etc. The open concept great room can seat 16+ people--perfect for game night! Stocked with your favorite board games including a giant Chess set! There is so much to do out your front door, you won't even want to leave. But when you do venture out, this home is on the bus line to Boulder and next to miles of bike paths. Bus stop is out your back door. Welcome Inn.

Great hosts! Great communication and very responsive before, as well as, during our stay. It was located in a convenient location and very roomy for everyone that stayed there. The children enjoyed all the games and the large Chess table.

Great housing with 4 beds/bathrooms for 8 adults

Our favorite part was the deck. And watching the neighborhood bats come out at dusk. There is also a nice park/trail within walking distance.

Excellent stay in Lafayette

The location of the property is great! We felt like we had no neighbors and we were close to everything we needed to be close to. The amount of bathroom space is also unbeatable! The owners were extremely responsive and great to work with! We would definitely be happy to visit again when we return to Colorado!

Amazing stay!

Our stay was perfect! The location was great and the house had everything we needed. Beautiful home with open floor plan, plenty of space and detailed information. Perfect for a family of seniors, young parents, and active children. Really felt “at home “ the entire time.

Nice home with all the amenities you could ask for or need. Host was super helpful when we needed an extra pillow case. Overall, great home, stay and host. Would love to stay here next year on our trip but cant since we're bringing our 2 doggies. Everyone is disappointed (except the dogs maybe ).

wonderful for a big family!

What a great place for our extended family to stay during our son's high school graduation! It was very clean, spacious, lots of games for the kids, and had everything we needed. Wonderful communication too from the Margo the owner.

What a great house!!!

The house is beautiful with lots of space for a large group. The piece of land is quiet with room for the kiddos to roam and explore. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!

Hidden Gem in Lafayette

We enjoyed our stay at this house in the Denver/Boulder area. First, it is very accessible (Breckenridge 1:45 minutes away, Boulder :20 minutes, Denver :40, Golden :20). Second, it felt secluded and quiet. Third, the house was very nice and quite affordable for the size of the property. Finally, our hosts Margot and Tim were very accommodating, helpful and nice. They wanted to make sure we felt invited and followed up to see if we needed anything a couple of times. Overall, we fell like we found a hidden gem and for the cost, this was a property worth saving for future visits.

Wedding Week: Amazing Trip

We arrived with my 87-year-old mother and her 84 year-old partner for my daughter‘s wedding in Boulder. The house was spacious and very accommodating and the elderly folks loved the downstairs bedroom right next to the kitchen. It was very comfortable and the home was beautifully decorated. We played lots of games on the large dining room table every night. I am an avid hiker in Walker and there are walking trails right next to the house for many miles and so I would do two hour walks every morning and that was a big advantage for me. also, the large bathtub upstairs, was used by me every night and it was incredibly relaxing. In addition, the homeowner Margo was an excellent communicator and every need was met. We would be happy to stay here again as my daughter lives in Louisville. Very grateful for our experience on this property.

Family vacation fun!

The home is beautiful with very nice decor and amenities. Perfect for a family or families. Just as advertised with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space too! We will stay here again. The owners were super nice and accommodating. I love Colorado.

Awesome place for family/kids

We loved our stay! This house is perfect for families traveling with kids. Games, stuffed animals, pack n plays, light blocking curtains, fans, sound machines…. Even a pantry stocked with fruit snacks and granola bars. Would definitely come back the future

I studied abroad in Spain during my time at The University of Colorado which sparked my love of travel. I have lived in Colorado for over 30 years. My Children were born and raised here and now my grandchildren call Colorado home. I hope you enjoy Colorado as much as we do!

If you want to experience all that Colorado has to offer this home is on nearly an acre with views of the Rocky Mountains. So many activities are available literally out your front door.
*Please note: train track is adjacent to the property but we are in a designated quiet zone. Which means the trains are not supposed to blow their air horns. You can hear the train rumble, but that’s usually, all you will hear.
