THUNDERDOME (awesome Dome House) Unique home with Beautiful views/Comfy and Cozy

Unique Dome House Located in an Airpark! Corner Lot with a beautiful view of the mountains and the runway !! It’s a great cozy feel with super comfy couches in the main living room area (my favorite place) and a fun place to stay.
You can enjoy the jukebox with the records /blue tooth or CD’s that are there- you will often see hot air balloons as well.

You will enjoy the King size bed in the Master with a full size bathroom - Queen size bed and a full size bed in 3rd room

Fun board games to play
Regular size 80’s Galaga game plus PacMan and many others. No quarters required!

There is WiFi / Netflix/ Hulu/ full cable


Great place for an event/ bridal/Baby shower/Birthday or any event you so choose. Plenty of parking on the 2 1/2 plus acres the ThunderDome is on. With Host permission for any event.

Cute house! My kids loved the video games. They had a cute old looking juke box that could play records and CD’s but we couldn’t get it to work. They had deep cleaned the carpet the morning of our arrival so the carpets were all wet but they were clean and were dry by morning. The location was great and we appreciated the space for the kids to run around.

Love this location! Close to family I was visiting, great views, including hot air balloons! Great space inside and very quiet! Appreciated the prompt communication with the host prior to and during the stay.

Great location, we spent our week here traveling all over Colorado and made an overnight trip up to Mount Rushmore. It’s about 10 minutes to a grocery store and it’s a nice and quiet location. This house has AC, so it was very comfortable even on the 90 degree days while we were there. Also has all the essentials you would need for a week such as a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, tv in the living room and downstairs bedroom. We saw a few planes take off and land, which was cool too. Tammy was very accommodating and was easy to get ahold of. The only downside was that I think the maintenance team may have had a mix up and some caretaking/cleaning was not done. Overall, was a nice place to stay with my husband and two children.

We were here from Sunday to Sunday for a softball tournament in Boulder! House was perfect & cozy. Weather was awesome! Will definitely look it up if I’m coming back to this area!

Perfect Getaway

This was perfect for our family. Hosts were wonderful and even checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They also had a pack and play available. We will be back!

Great location for our needs

Celebrating grandson’s birthday along with holiday festivities with relatives, it worked great. This being only the 2nd time with VRBO, we were looking for final clean up instructions but could not find any, so we did our best and hope all are happy. The place was a good value and stocked well.

Everyone loved staying here, kids and adults alike! It was cool being by the airstrip and watching the planes. The house was exactly how it was described, and a fun place to stay. Would stay there again.

Excellent and Unique Location for a Denver Trip

The Atari machine was a hit with the family, we also had the treat of seeing some WWII era planes take off from the small airstrip behind the house. A very unique VRBO experience that you will enjoy and not soon forget

Thunderdome for the win!

Our stay was great. The house was clean, casual, and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and private. Host was prompt and effective with communication throughout the process from reservation to check in. Pictures matched reality. All good.

The host was available when we had any questions. Very nice house. We loved having the juke box , video game and the smoker grill. We cooked 2 nights. It was great we were able to do laundry before we got home

Relaxing getaway

Had a great stay at the Thunder dome- out of the city/quiet/able to see planes flying and hot air balloons. Host friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again on our next visit.

Family vacation and softball

We had a wonderful stay Tammy an her husband were great. Very nice place had everything we needed. Enjoyed using the smoker an outside fire place. Would definitely rent again. Why husband an I with my son and his wife and 2 teenage daughters all loved the place. Thanks again Tammy.

Love the place and area. Was conveniently located to the items we wanted to do in Denver and northward. No issues, Tammy was a great host and we will definitely stay again when in Denver.

Cozy little place in quiet neighborhood

This unique house is in a quaint neighborhood. It is a aviation neighborhood, so has a few planes going in and out which the kids enjoyed watching. House was about 20 minutes from Louisville and 17 from Boulder reservoir. It was nice to be in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities.

Enjoyable stay

Fun home with beautiful views. Centrally located for hiking, shopping, and food. Comfortable sleeping (talk to the owner for mobility issues) and fully stocked linens and kitchen. Very clean. We loved the game table and large screen TV. Thank you for a great home away from home!
