Master bath features double sinks, granite counter top, walk-in ceramic tiled shower with seat, whirlpool tub, linen closet, walk in closet with built ins, crown moldings and more. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite breakfast bar, seating, all appliances and full size stacked washer/dryer. As you know there are a number of ways to reserve units at The Mar Vista Grande.
Unlike the management companies on site or locally, the cleaning people I use are paid the entire amount of the cleaning fee. I do not skim off the top like the other companies. This ensures exceptional cleaning and condition of the unit.
Having fewer units to rent and maintain gives me the opportunity to give my clients the highest level of customer service. No dirty carpeting, or ceramic tiled floor or mildew in the showers etc.. I guarantee a clean unit. I am on call 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for any issues that may arrive during your stay. I am more interested in repeat customers then just renting the units at any cost.
