The exclusive gated Rincon Beach Colony hosts this beachfront Paradise Retreats home that’s right on the sand, south of Santa Barbara, in a surfer’s paradise. Located at the end of the lane, the property has direct access to the world renowned Rincon Point, also called “The Queen of the Coast,” which is known for its world class surfing and annual competition.

The luxury escape is south facing offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, and Santa Barbara coastline. The versatile and open floorplan features a floor to ceiling wall of glass to view the water from any part of the Kitchen, Dining, and Living Rooms. The Primary Suite offers an Ensuite Bathroom, Peloton, and access to the deck with a private hot tub, while the Guest Suite includes multiple sleeping areas. Living Room sliding doors open to an immense deck with built-in seating, manicured landscaping, outdoor shower, and a private gate to access the sand. Beach accessories, paddle board, and kayak are provided. Don’t miss your chance to experience staying in this coveted beach enclave.

Beautiful place

This is a wonderful house for two adult couples to enjoy the beautiful views and great location right in front of the famous Rincon Point wave. Our group enjoyed the house and fireplace. We appreciated the pretty neighborhood and close drive to everything we wanted to do in Santa Barbara and Carpinteria.

The magic of Rincon

This beautiful home had us smiling as we walked in the door. We have stayed at many a vacation rental but the Cove at Rincon is at the top of the list. Clean and updated ..Everything you need (and more). Perfect for 2 couples. The deck opens up your living space. Fire pit and jacuzzi and surfers out front. We can’t wait to return. Ocean Retreat

Fantastic property! Location, amenities, access to property management was wonderful! The thoughtfulness of the owners to/for any need, was met. what a great place!

We love pretty much everything about this place. It is in a gated community so you have that extra security. It is right on the beach (in fact it looks like the ocean might be coming in through the windows at high tide!). There is a good sized hot tub right on the back deck, and we enjoyed a fire out on the deck each evening. I turned on the Traeger pellet grill just to see how it worked as I have been thinking about getting one; it is very easy to use, but I did not get a change to actually cook anything on it. The kitchen is well stocked with pots ,pans, utensils, spices. The one thing that took me by surprise was that you cannot park your vehicle in the garage as it is used for the washer dryers and to store owners gear; that might have been mentioned in the listing and I missed it. Living in south Texas, you want to keep your vehicle in a garage if possible to get it out of the baking sun...really not an issue in south central CA. We will be staying there again :)

Rincon Week

Beautiful home in a stunning location. For surfers, this must be bliss, but was amazing for us more casual beach goers too. House was super clean and very well decorated. Felt extremely welcoming and our whole family loved it. Traffic noise from the 101 is definitely apparent 24/7, but we’d stay there again despite that issue.

A fantastic beach house, we'd love to visit again!

First impressions: The entire house was extremely clean and sanitized. Very well done interiors, appropriate for the home, and extremely comfortable for the guests. Excellent views, with a terrific deck/outdoor space perfect for relaxing and taking in the scene! Well stocked linens/towels for bed and bath. A clean, well equipped kitchen, (not much of a pantry). OVERALL: We loved this property and all it had to offer. The location is great for us, an hour drive from Los Angeles. The home is comfy and cozy, while being open and airy at the same time. We enjoyed the fireplace, the fire pit, the jacuzzi, and the deck/outdoor space the most. The interior was just as wonderful to hang out in. This is the type of place we could stay at for a month, we liked it so much. We hope to return as soon as our schedule permits. One thing to improve: The home surround sound system, I couldn't get it to work consistently. Make it more user friendly, simplify user directions perhaps. It kept turning off after only a few minutes of playing, time and time again, and we couldn't figure out why. Thank you for a great stay Paradise Retreats, your service was outstanding. And I can't thank you all enough, for your efforts in locating and returning my pillow I had left behind. Very much appreciated!

Great stay!

Immaculate home with all the amenities/appliances/accessories you could ever need. So fun to play on the beach and watch the surfers all day. Close to the highway, but the waves drown out most of the noise. Heavenly property for our family (2 yr old and 3yr old). We would stay here again!!!

Weekend getaway

The house is newly remodeled and they did a great job. It’s very clean, stylish and comfortable. This house has a great kitchen and is very well stocked for cooking family meals. We didn’t want to go out to dinner because late afternoon is the best time on the beach. The house is right on the surf break and it’s fun to watch the surfers. The deck is great with plenty of space for lounging and a great fireplace. The only small negative is that you do hear the freeway noise. But when the tide is high the wave noise overcomes the freeway. We love the rincon point community and have stayed there multiple times. It’s quiet and beautiful. We definitely will rent this house again. Thank you for a great stay and we love the hat!!!!

Friends getaway

The house is amazing. The pictures are accurate. This is cleanest house I have ever stayed in. We loved everything about it. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook a meal. All kinds of water toys are available to use. We had a wonderful weekend.
