Great Place

This place was great! Location is fabulous. Had a little issue with one of the beds but management work diligently to get it resolved so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

Great Place, Great Location

Everything was top notch from start to finish. The communication was outstanding. The hotel condo was perfect for our needs. Great view and very spacious. We would stay here again.

Isla Condo on Beach

We were in Islah Harris to celebrate our friend groups 50th birthdays. This condo was great for so many reasons. It is nicely updated, has great seating and sleeping options, and best of all was its location. You are steps from the white sand beach with the crystal clear waters and a block The other direction is Hidalgo Street for amazing food and shopping. Everyone we interacted with for this rental was fantastic! Housekeeping was unbelievable.

Perfect!!

The condo is beautiful and clean. Dianna did a fantastic job putting it back in perfect condition each day. The location is amazing!! I don’t think there is a better spot on the beach and within walking distance of so many absolute delicious restaurants. Chema was great checking us in and with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Six of us had a great time on Isla Mujeres! This condo has absolutely everything we could need. Amazing view, comfortable bed and a stocked kitchen. Ixchel facilities were great. Comfortable beach chairs, nice pool, great food and drink. Make sure you sit in Eloy’s section. He is an amazing server. Condo is so close to everything you could want. Chema with evolve was super communicative before we arrived and did a great job checking us in. Deanna did a great job keeping the condo clean. I would stay here again!

Perfect location, nice condo

Nice, modern condo with resort amenities. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Management and cleaning service were excellent, thorough and attentive. Loved walking to the restaurants. Only one complaint- smell coming from guest bathroom toilet. We left the door closed and fan running to help alleviate the smell. if that issue can be addressed, the condo is perfect!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!!!

Can’t wait to go back!! I love the place and area. Best beach ever!! Place was clean and perfect! The two beds were hard but that’s the only bad. Other room bed was so soft! Everyone that works there are so nice! This place was a dream!

Great stay

Our family stayed in this condo for a second time. It was modern and very clean. Perfect central location, we could walk almost anywhere we needed to go. Easy to get a taxi close by if needed. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again and again!

The perfect spot

You cannot beat the location, amazing beachfront Playa Norte, clean and well maintained grounds with wonderful staff. The room is beautifully decorated, comfortable, with CENTRAL A/C - very rare in Mexico. The views from the kitchen and patio are beautiful and the beds, couch, and linens are soo comfortable. Hot water with great water pressure. Street tacos line up a block behind at night as well as endless restaurants right outside the complex. Close to downtown and marina and super secure. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Location, Location, Location!

We stayed here for four nights over Memorial Day Weekend 2023. The property is located on the most beautiful beach on Isla (in my opinion). Clear beautiful water as far as the eye can see. Additionally, you are steps away from restaurants, bars, food stands, and shopping. Chema met us at the property and took care of all of the check-in details and secured our wrist bands. We had full use of the resort amenities. The only differences were that we could not charge anything to the room, we could only use the pool in front of our building, and we had to use the beach towels that were provided to us in the room. Chema was also able to secure taxis for us as needed during our stay. At checkout, again, he met us in the lobby and there was no additional paperwork or fees to be paid. Maid service was daily except for Sunday and she kept the condo spotless. We only had to message Chema once for extra towels. The condo is exactly as pictured. There is so much room to spread out. The balcony faced the beach/ocean and we enjoyed spectacular views our entire time. Additionally there are large windows in the bedrooms that afforded the same beautiful view. Windows throughout really kept the place bright. There was also a fresh water dispenser in the kitchen where we could fill our bottles as needed. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The management company, resort and resort staff really made our stay perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful as pictured. The service was great. Emanuel was so kind and arranged our taxies for us upon departure. The view was perfect. Our housekeeper did such a great job and really went above and beyond. The only complaint I have was the room with the two queen beds tends to get a littler warmer, but we kept our curtains closed to help with the heat, but otherwise an overall great experience with an amazing view of the beach. All of the staff at Ixchel and especially on the beach and Kalak were just amazing. Highly recommend!

Friends trip

Property was beautiful and just as pictured. The view of the beach was amazing. Kalak restaurant was delicious and I ate the guacamole everyday and the Kalak staff for the beach was awesome. Highly recommend this unit for your stay. Our housekeeper was great also and did a wonderful job.
