Enjoyed Beautiful Big Bay at Pinerock

Private Retreat near Toronto

Lovely property located in a beautiful neighbourhood. Nice area to explore. Quiet place. Private beach and dock was not busy so it was a good week to relax.

Little tranquility place

We really enjoyed our one week stay in the cottage. Claudio was quick with responses and very helpful. The beach was amazing, just withing 5 min walk you get to enjoy the sunset and crystal clear water. Huge front and backyard,chairs and BBQ grills are there to fully relish your vacation. We'll be coming back soon đŸŒžâ›±ïžđŸ„ł

Excellent location

Stayed here for 3 nights in early August. 5 of us a dog and two seadoos and a boat. Plenty of room for parking and great lot for outside games and for pets. You get access to a private community boat launch and beach right down the street and just a 5min walk away from Friday harbour resort. Amazing location amazing rental!

The property as a whole is very quiet. The owner was very helpful. There does need to be some upgrades done sooner than later.

Wifi password wasnt available on site, it required to text the homeowner but they responded quickly.

One star due to six concerns:1. Major one. Stove and baking oven did not work. A cottage without a functional kitchen and the host did nothing to fix the concern or provide an alternate for the whole stay.2. A very small air conditioner in one corner for the whole cottage. So the bedrooms have to be kept open always to get a little bit of air conditioner 3. False title for the cottage as walkable from lake. No where close to public access of Lake Simcoe. The walkable parts of the lake were all private property with no access to public. 4. Very limited power points in all the rooms and kitchen5. Too many insects and spiders in the front door and in the storage room. 6. Did not provide mattress sheets or pillows or blankets. Had old hard mattresses that caused us back pain.

We had an amazing weekend!!!

We booked our couple get away for 4 days. We found this quaint rental and were so thrilled with everything that was advertised. We showed up and were greeted promptly and on time to be let into the cottage. The private lake and beach are a 2 min walk from the front steps. We were shown around and greeted with a very friendly welcome. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked of all needed utensils and dishes. Fridge was clean and ready to be stocked with our food and drinks. The TV, cable and internet worked for our entire trip. The property is clean and private all around. Plenty of room to park on the property. We brought our puppy with us and he even had a wonderful time, playing and running. I can't thank Claudio enough for the most amazing prompt replies and answers to any of our questions. Thank you allowing us to experience your property and we will most definitely be back again very soon!!!

Nice weekend break from TO

This is a great little diamond in the ruff..ruff for dogs owners close to Toronto, rustic but not too rustic. Great amenities, amazing private beach access, tv and WiFi work very well. BBQ is in good condition and tent for saying out of sun and rain was really helpful. Thanks for the amazing stay! I hope we can visit again soon!
