Walk to the beach & enjoy peace and quiet here in your private 2 bedroom park-like retreat with 55" smart TV & a comfortable living area overlooking our gorgeous backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony deck, or walk to the beach to catch the sunrise! Your apartment has a 4 piece bathroom w/shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, and fully equipped kitchen including microwave and full-size fridge & stove. **Full-size private ensuite laundry available for stays of 7 nights or more** Parking available for a boat w/trailer or ATV's. Fire pit is cozy and available as well! Minutes from restaurants, skiing, Friday Harbour, Vetta Spa, and everything you desire. A short drive to Barrie for shopping, Sadlon Arena, and Innisfil Arena as well for hockey.

*PROFESSIONALS* - we welcome longer stays for professionals in the area. 25 minutes drive to Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, or 40 minute drive to Newmarket/Aurora. Access to entire backyard, gazebos, gas BBQ, & outdoor swing for relaxing and enjoying our many colourful birds & cute chipmunks. Come on over and stay in our wonderful garden location so close to Lake Simcoe - we look forward to welcoming you!

Pond is 4.5 ft. (1.37m) deep. No fish are in the pond. CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED as we do not have surveillance of the pond area.
Quiet time is 10pm onward to 8am. In a residential area, and we live next door. Thank you for being a respectful guest!

Excellent apartment. Clean and beautifully decorated. The back yard is beautiful too although we didn't sit out there because it was soooooo hot that weekend. Air conditioning was excellent. Was quiet and very close to the all important Tim Hortons for morning coffee.

Exceptional stay and host

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful oasis. The property is IMMACULATE, the property and inside was set up with everything we could’ve possibly needed. I wondered if we were the first guests because it was THAT perfectly clean!!! The hosts were so quick to respond, so hospitable and even offered us some of their delicious goodies from the pristine garden. We will definitely be back. The area is also stunning , right by the beach and in the best part of cottage country. Thank you to the hosts for the wonderful stay, they treated us like family and we felt right at home. Thank you so very much to the hosts!

Beautiful Apartment

My friends and I stayed here for a few days, it was absolutely lovely. Susan was very easy to communicate with and a great host, we felt very well taken care of. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, only thing to recommend would be to bring your own chopsticks if you use them! The beds were so well made and we were provided with plenty of towels and other household supplies! It was a comfortable stay, it's very new and the backyard was a vacation on it's own :) A walkable distance to the beach is a bonus.

My husband Ken and I love travel and nature. Our home which features this lovely apartment over our garage is only a 7 minutes walk to the shores of Lake Simcoe and Innisfil Beach Park. We love living so close to the lake, and take great pride in our gardens in the backyard. We love to share our property with people in order to add a slice of tranquility to their lives. It's a really magical place!

It may sound hokey, but our property has such a special energy to it. You literally feel yourself relax when you arrive and stroll the gardens or sit on your private balcony overlooking the backyard. Listening to the waterfall flowing in the pond compliments the visual beauty all around you.
