This Venice vacation condo rental 2nd floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 4 guests It features 2 separate lanais. You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features leather reclining furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. This is the perfect getaway condo that includes everything you need. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month. A fully refundable $250 damage deposit is required for every reservation. The deposit is refunded promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents.

Soon one condo became two and two became three and three became four. We now offer four condos in the same association of Farmington Vistas in Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice Florida. Paul and his wife now permanently live in Venice only 10 minutes away from the condos if anything is ever needed.
