Kings Cove 3 is located just a 3 minute walk to popular Kings Beach via the park and nearby to a selection of cafes and dining options. This unit offers guests a modern and comfortable interior including air-conditioning.



The Space:

The unit will accomodate up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms (2 x Queen beds + Double sofa bed), There is one two-way bathroom off of the master bedroom, and plenty of living space in the lounge and dining area. Close by you will also find a great selection of parks, shared BBQ areas, childrens playground, The Pocket Coffee shop and corner store, (and plenty of other great little coffee shops and cafes), an interactive water feature, as well as the Kings Beach Surf Club. This is all within a 3 - 5 minute walk of the unit. Other features include TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

The Kings Cove complex has a shadey pool area, shared BBQ, and a single lock up garage. This property is located on the first floor (approx. 18 stairs).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



Linen

Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Further note that Wi-Fi is not available in the property.

Please note electric vehicles cannot be charged in the Kings Cove complex.
