The Space:
As you step into this modern apartment, the stunning ocean views of Kings Beach immediately captivate your attention. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area seamlessly merges with the balcony, offering a perfect spot to soak the scenery and sea breezes. The living area is complete with a plush sofa and occasional chairs, smart TV, and an air conditioning unit, ensuring comfort and relaxation. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking away from home with an adjacent dining table for six. Enjoy dining alfresco style on the spacious balcony with a BBQ, a dining table for six, and amazing sea views.

The spacious master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, plus a desk space and ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite):
Stylish and compact, the ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom 2:
This stylish bedroom is complete with a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.

Bathroom 2:
The modern main bathroom features a shower, toilet, bath and vanity.

Bedroom 3:
This room is perfect for the kids and is furnished with two single beds, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.

Laundry:
The compact laundry is tucked away in a sleek hallway cupboard, with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

*Please note that there are two AC units in the apartment: one in the open-plan living area and one in the master bedroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as access to the complex pool. There is space to park one car in the secure underground garage. There is also free street parking available.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located in the heart of Kings Beach you will find a patrolled beach, surf club plus an abundance of cafes and restaurants to explore. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water park and beach pool located a short stroll away. Kings Beach is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 2-minute walk to Moreton Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
