Very private, fully fenced Hacienda f Multi Family and GROUPS (16) with big pool

NEW from August 1 2020

Renovated, very private, fully fenced house (Hacienda Style), without other people's view. Located at approx. 800 meters (1/2 mile) from the JACÓ south beach/downtown

Nice garden and big pool with corner seats and yet streams. Around the pool you find sunbeds and relax chairs, 2 hammocks and extra toilet and shower.

At the covered patio: two breakfast/dining table with total 16 chairs, a pool table (4x8ft) & BBQ and 5x ventilators.

Characteristics Hacienda Chez Pierre:
• 5 bedrooms (all airco) for 15/16 sleeps.
• We only use 5 star hotel quality mattresses, tropical duvets inserts and covers, pillows and sheets
• The KING beds (2x2m) have two mattresses and two duvets where lovers can sleep close to each other and friends/mates have the comfort of sleeping independent.

- bedroom 1: one KING with 2x mattresses (1x2m), 2x duvets & two TWIN beds (1x2m) = 4 sleeps; Ground Floor with doors to patio.
- bedroom 2: one KING with 2x mattresses (1x2m), 2x duvets & two TWIN beds (1x2m) = 4 sleeps; Ground Floor with doors to back
- bedroom 3: one KING with 2x mattresses (1x2m), 2x duvets & two TWIN beds = 4 sleeps; First Floor with doors to balcony
- bedroom 4: one KING with 2x mattresses, 2x duvets = 2 sleeps; Ground Floor with doors to patio
- bedroom 5: one QUEEN with one mattress, one duvet = 1 or 2 sleeps; Ground Floorwith doors to patio

Bachelor party

We had a great time. Patricia helped out so much in every aspect from booking tours and excursions to giving us local spots to grab a bite and drinks. The rooms all had blasting cold ac the only place with no ac were the common areas but a dip in the pool makes everything a bit more refreshing. Would come back forsure!

Great home base for Jaco activities

Chez Pierre is an excellent stay in Jaco. The photos are exactly as the property is, and all the rooms are clean and private. Both the hosts, and the property manager are easy to communicate with and are very helpful with whatever you need. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk to all the main activities in Jaco, and the beach, plus it's very easy to hail a taxi or Uber from the location. Would easily recommend the house for a larger group or family.

Great location and very comfortable for big families

We had an amazing time! There was a mixup with the check-in and check-out times but other than that everything was great! Close to the beach but very private place.

Great Place

There was 13 on vacaction and the house fit us all and more. The location was great, and we made use of the pool and close proximity to Jaco Beach. Be warned that there's no AC in the common areas, and you will be on an electricity count and can be charged more if you go past.

Chez Pierre house is great!

My friends and I (group of 10) had a wonderful time at the Chez Pierre house in June 2021. The house had everything we needed and definitely met all of our expectations. Mr. Lee (our contact person in Jaco) was friendly, informative, and communicated with us frequently. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay at this place again!

Chez Pierre Impeccable Costa Rican Getaway

Eric, the owner of Chez Pierre was a fantastic host. He is well connected in the area and provides a POC for the house manager and a concierge should you not be familiar with Jaco and all it has to offer. Eric's contacts helped us organize rides to and from SJO which was also super helpful. Chez Pierre is gorgeous, private and secure, newly renovated/updated, has AC in all bedrooms, and a spacious yard and pool. The house is a short walk from town or a $1-2 USD cab. This is a great spot for families, groups of friends, bachelor parties, or vacation getaways. This place has a LOT to offer whoever stays. Chez Pierre is 5 star in every way and I hope to go back next year at some point. If you're looking to enjoy Jaco, it's culture, food scene, and overall beauty of the beaches, this is the place for you.

* big garden with big pool with high walls - VERY PRIVATE
* big Patio with pool table, BBQ, 2 tables with 16 chairs
* close to beach/downtown
