Villa Jaco Sol es una colección de 3 casas con encanto (casitas o bungalows) alquiladas como una casa privada en una propiedad de 8,225 pies cuadrados, ubicada en una zona residencial en Jaco a solo 7 minutos a pie de la playa (600 metros), y A 9 minutos a pie del centro (750 metros).

Esta villa de alquiler de vacaciones ofrece internet inalámbrico en toda la propiedad, lavaplatos, máquina de hielo y dispensador de agua purificada, aire acondicionado moderno (unidades centrales y divididas) y una parrilla de carbón. El agua del grifo se calienta a través de paneles solares, lo que ayuda al medio ambiente.


La propiedad tiene una fantástica área de piscina con una hermosa piscina de forma libre con una cascada de roca natural, muchas tumbonas y una mesa de jardín con sillas y sombrilla. La entrada a la piscina tiene un asiento y luego se inclina hacia el extremo profundo, con una barandilla de metal para soporte.

Al lado de la piscina hay un cenador cubierto con barra y 6 taburetes, equipado con una parrilla de carbón Weber 22, un refrigerador grande con ruedas, un boombox, medio baño y una ducha al aire libre.

Tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "con un lector de Blu-ray conectado a internet. Tiene aire acondicionado central. Casita 1 tiene espacio de estacionamiento para 2 autos.

Casita # 2 (al lado de la piscina): 1 habitación (1 cama doble y 1 cama individual), 1 baño, capacidad para 3 personas. Tiene 1 unidad de aire acondicionado minisplit y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "con cable y reproductor de Blu-ray, y una mini nevera. Casita 2 tiene espacio de estacionamiento para 1 auto.

Casita # 3: 1 habitación (cama doble), 1 baño, capacidad para 2 personas. Tiene 1 unidad de aire acondicionado minisplit, un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "con cable y reproductor de Blu-ray, y una mini nevera. La Casita 3 está detrás de la Casita 1 y se llega caminando por un sinuoso jardín de palmeras.

La propiedad está completamente cercada y las puertas y ventanas tienen rejas de metal para mayor seguridad. Se instaló una alarma monitoreada ADT.

Los precios citados aquí son para toda la propiedad. La tarifa base de la casa completa es para hasta 8 adultos (18+). A partir de entonces, se agregará automáticamente una tarifa adicional de $ 25 por adulto por noche más impuestos y tarifas. Los niños no pagan esta tarifa.

Solo del 2 de mayo al 16 de diciembre, la casa es configurable para grupos familiares (no grupos de solteros) de 4 o 6 personas que no necesitan toda la casa y desean privacidad. Great Location and Private and Secure

Our group loved the property as we had plenty of fun by the pool. The Patio area with bar and New Gas Grill was awesome. Plenty of Privacy and room to park your golf cart. Gabrial was a great host.

Perfect Family or Group Setting.

This was the perfect stay for our group of people. It's Private, Secure, and close to everything. The Pool was fantastic as the grill and Bar area. The Casitas are arranged for privacy yet all are near. The Golf cart rental made it great to run around town and to the beach with a secure parking area. Gabriel was a fantastic host and was a text or call away. Highly recommend!

Review of our stay

The property was perfect for the two of us and our two small dogs, who were unable to escape as the property was quite secure. We were impressed by the general security system. If all three units were fully occupied, the pool area would be rather crowded!

Better than expected

The property is as beautiful and close to the beach as advertised. The laundry machine and dryer does not require coins to operate and there is a safe in each casita and a mini refrigerator and air conditioner and TV in casita 2 and 3 while the casita 1 has a standard refrigerator and air conditioner and TV and two bathrooms each with large walk in showers and each located in the common area. Our manager Gabriel attended to our needs admirably and even booked our group a wonderful waterfall tour that appeared to be already fully booked online, with little notice.

Great house at an amazing location

The property is exactly as described and pictures don’t do the outdoor area justice. Amazing outdoor space to spend time with friends. Gabriel was very accommodating when our flights got cancelled allowing one of our guest to complete the check-in process with us arriving later. He assisted with stocking the house with groceries and helped us arrange some excursions. The location is so close to the beach and the town. We completed the walk daily with no complaints. We were a group of adults but I can see this property working for families as well as friends. There seemed to be an after hours bar somewhere behind the back house so bring ear plugs if you plan to stay in there.

Pool villa in Jaco Sol

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is well managed. Gabriel is a professional and was there from the beginning. If we ever had an issue, it was addressed promptly. The condition of the property is good. Main house plus two additional one-room buildings worked well for our group of four friends. House was very clean when we arrived and the mid-week maid service kept it that way. Beds were comfortable, functioning washer and dryer was great and kitchen well stocked with necessary equipment. Pool is great feature, however the filter system was not exceptionally good at keeping the water clear. We would not stay at the property again however because of the location. It is a relatively short walk to the town, which is great and the reason we picked it. However the neighborhood of Jaco Sol was disappointing. Dogs running loose in the street or barking excessively behind barb wired gated houses nearby. Every night a Karaoke bar behind the house provided us with loud music and local singing talent till late hour. It felt a bit seedy overall.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice, but smaller and more dated than website pictures presented. The pool was definitely the nicest part of the property and we spent a lot of time there. Linens were very limited (they did have washer/dryer) so we were doing more laundry than we preferred since we were on vacay. Main house and casita 3 had multiple leaks in the ceilings and unfortunately we got quite a bit of rain while we were there. Had to leave multiple pots sitting out to catch water from leaks which made usable space even smaller. Only one couch in common area for everyone to use, no chairs. The Internet was unreliable and strength vert weak. Lastly, the beds were a common issue with all nine of us. They were small and very uncomfortable. On a positive note, it was nice working with Gabriel during booking and upon arrival. We have been to Costa Rica before and will visit again, we love the country and food, and there are so many things to see and do! We would also use this company again, just not this property.

Even better than described!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. The pictures don’t show how beautiful the property is. It’s very well maintained and laid out. It’s close enough to the main main strip that we regularly walked. The owner Gabrielle was super friendly and helped us any time that we needed it. He even helped us book the perfect excursion for my group. The house made our trip and I’m thankful we got to stay there. Hopefully Gabriel will let us stay there again
