A Weekend At Elevation

Pulling up to the chalet we knew this would be a good weekend for family time. The layout of the home fit perfectly into our weekend and we enjoyed the views that became visible the next morning,.. From the rooms, kitchen and back deck hottub it was an amazing time. I highly recommend the NorthStar Elevation Chalet for a great spot to decompress and enjoy time with family and friends. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

We really liked this property. It was clean and spacious. If you’re going for seclusion it’s great, but if wanting to be close to the slopes it takes about 30 minutes in winter weather. The water pressure was a bit frustrating (at times no water coming out) and the beds are firm. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if the beds/showers weren’t a big deal to you.

Beautiful Home, Underwhelming Amenities

This place was absolutely stunning! Such a beautiful home with outstanding views! Our only disappointment was the "hot" tub. In my search for a rental home, the hot tub was the most important feature. We quickly realized that the hot tub was actually a warm tub. It was far too cold outside to be in lukewarm water, which overall took away from our experience since we could not relax outside as intended. Some of the dishes were not cleaned properly, and the garage trash was already overly full when we arrived. Other than that, it was such an impressive place.

Comfortable group relaxation

This house was really good for our group. The kitchen has ample space for multiple people to be working in. The dining room table is large for playing board games. House feels sheltered in the woods but the main road is just a moment away. Comfortable place to stay and relax for a weekend away. Definitely need 4 wheel drive if there's snow.

Great mountain getaway!

This is a beautiful home tucked away from everything! Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, epic views through the floor to ceiling windows, no neighbors within eyesight so you do feel completely secluded within the small remote neighborhood. The host was great to work with and help us out with the few questions we had. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly luxurious mountain escape!

Wow! Our stay was beyond exceptional in this beautiful home. The home was very clean, even to our discerning tastes. There were 8 of us and there was ample room for all to be together, yet have our own space if desired. The kitchen was a chef's dream, fully stocked with everything we needed, plus more! It was nice to be able to enjoy a home cooked meal all together at the large dining table. The toiletries provided in all the bathrooms were a very nice touch. The hot tub was very clean, and plenty hot. The owners were very responsive to all our questions. AND the bonus to a beautiful stay in a beautiful home were several sightings of an entire moose family not 10 yards from the hot tub! There are beautiful hikes right off the property and the views from the large windows on the main floor rival any post card of the area! We loved our stay so much we made another reservation for January!

A few minor things to update - one of the duvet covers had a broken zipper and therefore didn’t zip, the comforter in the master bedroom wasn’t big enough for the bed so we ended up with separate blankets. The kitchen didn’t have small (1/4, 1/3, 1/2 cup) measures. Anyone who books or is a guest at the property will definitely enjoy themselves.

My fam and friends have been enjoying private house rentals for 30 years worldwide and especially Breckenridge, Summit area for all seasons. This rental had more amenities and we loved the assurance that it looked and felt clean since we have allergies from dust mites, etc. The surprise robes for us to use was nice touch & the big hot tub towels too. We have only had one other vacation rental where we were welcomed with shampoos, conditioners, soaps, and lotions. It was so relaxing and away from the crowd. We’d definitely go back since it was affordable & worth it. Yes, we recommend this property.
