Perfect home base

Our group of eight were very happy in this condo. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the steam shower! The shuttle service was a plus too!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was well stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The view was incredible and the location was convenient to everything. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location, clean unit - perfect for long weekend or beyond.

Enjoyed the property and good communication. Had a little issue figuring out tv's in bedrooms but who knows, maybe a user problem! Location is as good as you can get for skiing. Very enjoyable!

Luxurious wel appointed condo

Stayed with family of 2 kids and in laws, and the condo met our needs exceedingly well. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious and the view was great. The condo is located close to Main Street and one has decent number of delivery options.

Beautiful, clean, safe. Convenient parking in basement garage. Steps to the Station 7 lift. Rented our skis in the same building; stored them in the locker room next door. Very convenient. Snow was amazing!

Break stay

Excellent location. Amenities were down including steam room, spa for few days and no hot water for one evening - NYE- so freezing showers- after day on mountain. Not ideal. Would have been great to have more room keys since holds 8 people but only 4 keys- of which only 3 worked. For older kids going their own way. We struggled with access all week, and juggling keys.

Beware of summer in this unit

This unit gets exceedingly hott. There is no air conditioning and the thermostat consistently ready in the high 70s to low 80s. When I contacted management they simply said “the building runs hot in the summer.” That would be nice to know in the listing. Even though the temperature outside ranged from mid 40s at night to low 70s during the day and even with every window open and all the fans blasting, the unit would not cool down! It was like an oven. Additionally, there is clearly a mouse problem at the building. While I never saw a mouse in the unit, every morning I had to sweep off the balcony as there were 100s of mouse poop on the ground. There was also mouse traps throughout the garage so management is definitely aware of the issue. Breckenridge the town is great and the unit set up was nice but I would never stay here again for the reasons listed above.

Unfortunately - the unit is really dirty, needs a deep clean to get it up to normal rental standards, especially at the Breck price point... dust everywhere, soiled linens, gross toilets. Plus, the beds are really uncomfortable, especially the pull out couch! Thank goodness my guest that slept on this bed weighed less than 70 lbs. and did not complain.I do not recommend renting this unit.

We had a family of 6 and there was plenty of room and perfect for ski in~ski out due to varied levels of abilities. Our youngest went to childcare and we just hopped on gondola to drop her off then back up to get skis on. Loved being able to ski down and hang outside at Sevens Bar. The property manager was excellent and always replied quickly for questions.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week during late July with a family of 5. Overall the complex was sufficient. I was surprised that there was no one at the front desk any day we stayed. Two of our four key cards didn't work and the only way to get more was to drive to Frisco. Several of us took advantage of the fitness room and steam shower. There was no A/C and this unit is on an upper floor so it was hot in the evenings. Box fans made a big difference, but they didn't have enough for every room. We stayed on a year the alpine slide was closed and the area was under construction which was a bummer. The gondola to downtown was convenient, but only operates 9am-5pm, so you need to either drive or ride the shuttle if you're heading to downtown for dinner. Overall I'd recommend this location if you'd like to access the slopes and for the views. Gorgeous sunrises and easy access to hiking trails up to the Vista Haus and beyond if you want. At the peak of 8, there's a rope climbing course, lookout, etc. You can also ride up the lift if you don't want to hike (you have to pay for the lift tickets). Our family enjoyed the space, again just wish they had more fans or a/c in the summer.
