Easy walk to beach. Clean and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Overall our stay was great! Workers were very nice. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kiddos. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Great Experience

Beautiful Property. Parking was a little challenging at times due to the lack of spaces available, but other than that it was perfect.

Perfect beach vacation!

We had an absolute blast at this property! The views of the ocean were stunning and the short walk to the beach was better than we anticipated! The condo was spacious, clean, and we appreciated how spread out the bedrooms were for sleeping. Our only complaint was some loud neighbors upstairs who ignored the quiet time rule but otherwise we would love to stay here again!!

Review

Bad- There was mold coming out of all air vents. The tv/wifi did not connect to WiFi or our phones hot spots. The fridge did not get cold. There was not enough pillow cases. Smaller bathroom shower water did not get hot.Bed sheets and dishes was dirty from previous renters , pool was closed most of our stay. You could tell there was not much effort in cleaning up after renters use the place, under the couches was filthy. Good- washer & dryer worked good/fast. Very roomy. Ac was 10/10.

Beach Blast Stay

Whenever we come to MB, we usually stay in North Myrtle Beach. Since my son was playing in the Cal Ripken Experience Beach Blast tournament, we decided to stay closer to the fields. We had no idea what to expect, but we were definitely not disappointed. This condo was BEAUTIFUL! The pictures do not do this condo justice; it is very nicely decorated, yet has a comfortable feel. There were tons of different items that could be used in the kitchen which was helpful since we were coming from another state. The master bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous and everyone argued about who would get to shower in there! Although the condo is not directly on the beach, it has a beautiful ocean view and is extremely assessible to the beach. Parking was easy and never a problem and the elevators were always available and clean. One of our favorite aspects to our stay was the gentleman who was the night security guard. He was so sweet and helpful throughout our week. Overall, our experience with Booe Realty and this particular condo was excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great condo! Great location!

Everything was great! Communication with the rental agency was great! We loves the condo! Condo is walking distance to the beach. It seemed like it was located in the middle of everything, but far enough for peace at night! My family would definitely stay here again!

Loved it!

Sea Mark is such a great location and 805 is a beautiful unit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. Short walk to the beach and great to see the pool open. Unbelievable ocean views on the over-sized balcony. So glad we stayed here. The ONLY suggestion is to replace the coffee maker! We couldn't find a filter, and the warming plate seems to be defective. The coffee make just doesn't keep coffee hot, and coffee needs to be hot.
