Featuring a private pool, hot tub with Ocean Views, and direct beach access, you will have everything you need for a memorable stay on the Outer Banks!

From the moment you arrive, you will fall in love with "Sea Reunion." Looking for relaxation? Unwind on one of the oceanfront decks, where you can enjoy the sea breezes and listen to the calming sound of the waves nearby. Soak up the sun as the children splash in the pool or spend your day catching some rays while searching for unique shells and sea glass along miles of the Atlantic! When the sun goes down, cook out on the park style grill or gas grill and enjoy eating under the stars on your uncovered deck. If rain is in the forecast, you can still enjoy dinner and the stunning views while relaxing on your covered deck.

This home is centrally located in Nags Head, and is close to dining, shopping, and other local area attractions. Enjoy outdoor fun? This is the perfect location for dune climbing, hang gliding, or kite flying. Just a short distance from the Nags Head Fishing Pier, you can enjoy activities such as fishing, grab a quick bite to eat, or walk along the pier for a deeper look down into the Atlantic Ocean.

Great time!

House has lots of room and is in the perfect location! Close to shopping, dining, sightseeing and right on the beach. Wonderful vacation!

The house is in need of some updating. There are a couple of big soft spots in the floors. When we arrived there was so much sand on the stairs it was hardfor me to get up the steps. We were really surprised that no one cleared them. Our grandsons found a needle on thelower le el and the back door was unlocked on our arrival. On the 3rd floor there was a pillow and urine stained towel. There were also medications found in the house under one of the beds. No one had dusted or went over to check the house before arrival. It was a shame because the house is at a great location. The kitchen is well stocked especially for our large group. We will not be renting this property again.

For the rate and location this place was perfect to entertain 4 to 10 people. Fishing sucked but the company was great the view was perfect and the food was right on time.

Enjoyed our time here

Can’t complain about the location and convenience of this beach house. Can’t beat a 50 foot walk to the beach or step out to the pool. Place was spacious, AC was top notch and had a lot to offer. Viewing the fishing pier fireworks was super cool. Maintenance crew stopped by occasionally for touch up items; both gentlemen were very professional.

It does need to be updated at some point. Just a few things that we noticed. Ants just outside the pool area, electrical issues in a few bathroom and bedrooms. I also think an additional refrigerator would be a great. Thankfully seven eleven was next store and we were able to use coolers.

Vacation 2023

The vacation was awesome as well as the house. The location was great. The décor was nice but maybe a little dated but still very nice and clean. The only negatives to the property were as follows: 1) The internet would work and then not work. The rep came out 2 times on 2 different days and it still quit working after an hour or so. 2)The master jacuzzi tub could use a step or 2 for safety and a shower wand to make it an extra shower to use. Again, just a few things we noticed but overall a great experience. Would go back again.

A Beautiful week and a cool house

We got lucky with the weather, it was beautiful. The house was comfortable to hang out in easily for 6 plus our dog. I would describe the house as beachy, nothing fancy but plenty of room and comfortable places to sit and I loved the Jellyfish theme. The beach access was, of course perfect. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I might change was to have the company hired to do the cleaning …maybe ask them to sweep out the outside shower. It wasn’t dirty but it was full of debris from storms and such so we did not use it. I would definitely rent this house again. The real-estate company actually had the house ready for us a little early which we did not request but was a nice surprise. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great view and great rental price

Some of the furniture and appliances were worn and older. The positives: oceanfront, allow dogs, private pool (not heated) and a hot tub. In the summer, I would think it might be loud and crazy since the house is very very close to a public beach access parking lot. A pool table and board games might be nice to add. Overall, great vacation house.

Spacious but outdated

Views and beachfront access as described, as were the number of rooms and bathrooms. While we would stay here again in the future for its location, the home is incredibly outdated and not kept up well. Peeling cabinets, rough door frames/closures, a dishwasher that simply did not work, and an overall mustiness to the home. A deep clean would also have changed my review. Again, it is a nice home for a few nights on the beach but could be updated/kept in better condition for guests.

Didn’t use the hot tub but the pool was nice. Cleanliness was just okay. Fan blades all had a significant amount of dust piled on them. One of our showers did not drain. Sent a text to the realty company the second day weand received an email back asking if we were still having the problem. Replied yes and that we were hoping to get someone out to fix it. No response for the rest of the week and no fix. Several of the toilets also barely flush. House was comfortable for our stay but is very outdated and I’d say maintained just enough to get by.

Great Stay for a Large Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house. It is a bit out of date but that is not issue for us. We had a wonderful time. It takes a while to get used to some of the light switches in odd places but it wasn't a problem. The dishwasher might need replacing. The dry cycle really doesn't work. Since it is a pet house it could really use some dog gates to keep them from heading down to the beach or under the house alone. Only two things were a real problem for us. The beach access has become deeply sand covered so with mobility issues some of us could not walk to the beach platform. The other is the pool. It is wonderful, but those of us with mobility problems could really use a railing on the submerged steps. We could not get out in or out on our own. We feel this property seems more of a real home than just a beach house. We will be back next year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, but for the money we spent we were expecting the home to be generally in better condition. The home could really use some hooks throughout. None anywhere for towels (bathrooms, beach towels hats etc) hot tub is in very poor condition: all head rest cushions are missing many jets simply do not work most jets are missing their chrome covers that control the jets output Tub leaked down about 2 inches per day and then was repaired. Repair material and sand was all over the floor and seats of the tub. (got worse after repairman came and went)Needs pest control. Battled ants for a few days.oven door disintegrating and about to fall offdeck furniture was very ****** old and cheappool peeling paintdeck condition poorno window screens, could not open windows and enjoy the sound of the surf. Kitchen cab and countertops are EXTREMELY dated and in poor conditionHot tub guy came by on Thursday. Nasty attitude. Did something and left without saying a word. Never told us to watch the water level, to go ahead and use it or not use it, was he gonna return or not, still leaking at this time, guy was very disrespectful and with NO communication skills. Edit: Stopped leaking after a few hours.Gas grill had so much grease collected in the bottom that it caught fire. Sand needs to be cleaned out from garage area.

Beach Trip ReviewSand spurs, etc., in shag rug in living areaDog fur under the sofas and chairsKitchen drawers & cabinet insides need cleaningAll utensils required washing before they could be usedUtensils were very disorganized; recommend each drawer be labeled on the inside identifying what is to be stored.Pots & pans had to be washed before useNo bar for toilet paper in bathroom with room with king bed Lint catcher in dryer does not hold the lint. As the lint holder is removed, the lint falls into the opening. Recommend replacing the catcher.Headboard for king bed in room overseeing the beach must not be connected to the frame. Every move causes the frame to rattle and shift.King bed mattress in front bedroom very uncomfortable on left side nearest to bathroom. There is a lump preventing the body from moving towards the center of the bed resulting in only a narrow space for sleeping on the edge.Photos of yard were misleading as we expected the yard to be fenced.Soft spot in floor in the hall near the first floor bathroom. When it pushes down, a bare foot could be cut or a person could trip.Dishwasher utensil bins had holes in them. Recommend a larger kitchen trash can or, at least, two.Outside speaker was great!Very difficult and dangerously steep area to the beach for adults in their early 70’s

Everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of space for us. Love that garbage cans are taken out and brought back in and that beds are made when you arrive. The one thing I would like to have has was screens on the windows so we could open them up and feel the breeze.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location, but it is a little run down. We loved having the main living area, queen bedroom, the pool and the hot tub all on the same level. Especially nice for those who have trouble with stairs. Also loved the easy access to the beach without having to climb a big dune. Here are some issues. The dining room light fixture was on a malfunctioning dimmer switch and it kept flickering up and down, rather annoying while eating. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason in how the light switches were placed. Kitchen switch in dining room e.g. There could be a great ocean view from the back of the main level if the windows had been cleaned. I did that myself and it made a great improvement. (Sadly, I couldn’t do that for 2nd floor Master BR windows.) There was no second refrigerator for beer. Also, there was no game room or entertainment center. Most properties we have stayed at before had these amenities. I was surprised they were missing here. The outdoor shower could also use some attention. It is located on the lower level and is rather dark. This could be a 5 star rental with a little more attention to details such as those mentioned.
