Disappointed

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This house is in need of updating. The house is old but could use new furniture inside and out. The drip coffee pot lid was broken and the wall outlet was pulled out of the wall. There wasn't a fence. There was a recliner, but it was broken. The covered deck was nasty and there wasn't much view of the ocean. The best view was up in the crow's nest and the furniture was in need of updating up there also. There wasn't any screens on the windows at the deck and they were unlocked when we got there. The house inside wasn't very clean as far as the floors and dusting. I wouldn't hire these people to clean my house. We thought Roku was all we could get on the TV for three days until we discovered Spectrum We weren't familiar with that service and there wasn't any instructions telling us it was there. It's a shame to have such a nice place and not take care of it.
