This condo was great! Clean, comfortable, had some extras provided (coffee, toiletries). Great location on the park and easy access to downtown Scottsdale and the freeway. I'd definitely stay again!
Close to everything I was looking to do in Scottsdale, and easy highway access to the rest of the Phoenix Area. Unit was quiet, clean, and perfect for what I was looking for.
We loved our stay at this Scottsdale condo! We would start our day with coffee sitting at the large front window that faces the lake. It was close to everything. The beds were comfortable, there was ample cookware and everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
We liked the view of the lake and the fact that there were many walking paths nearby. The location of the unit was nice. The communication with the Evolve rep was very good.

Lovely and a fun place to explore the area. So comfortable and perfect place to ride the many bike trails in this bike friendly town. Plus we loved the pool, using it daily.

The location was great. We especially enjoyed the Chaparral Lake a few steps away. It was partly business, partly pleasure.
The furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen pretty well stocked.
It was exactly as described. I loved the view, the lake, walking paths and the patio. Old Scottsdale was so fun. We would definitely rent again.

Spring Training Getaway
The accommodations were very nice and clean. The location was convenient to many of the things we wanted to do. Our biggest challenge was that the furniture and toilets were pretty low to the floor, and since we are all "seniors" getting up was a challenge. We managed, just part of getting old I guess.

My family and I were traveling to visit family in the Phoenix area over Christmas. The location of the townhome was perfect. Close to everything in Scottsdale, about a 3 minute drive to Old Town. The unit is well appointed and immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable, stylish furnishings throughout. We enjoyed the park right outside the front door, as well as the back patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. Appreciated the extra amenities that this unit offered (toiletries, spices in the kitchen, etc.)Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. Our 10 year old loved it.

Scottsdale trip
We enjoyed the condo. My husband went to the pool several times, which he enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable and we especially liked the 'heaters' in the bathrooms. We like to sleep in a cool room, so it was nice to be able to get warm when using the bathroom ;)Personally I am very sensitive to chemicals and fragrance. We were very happy to NOT have that in any of the laundry, or cleaning products. I would like to recommend that the cooking pots be switched out to stainless steel rather than Teflon. There are a lot of toxins that leach into food from that 'non-stick' surface.Overall we would stay there again.
This is a nice quiet location from which to enjoy Scottsdale and the surrounding areas. It is close enough to the attractions in Old Town without the hustle and bustle with easy access to Hwy. 101 should you care to explore more of Arizona.
The townhome was very clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking and eating in (especially after visiting the Old Town farmers market). It is also close to many of our favorite restaurants.
We enjoyed the view of Chaparral Lake and Camelback Mountain from the expansive living room window. The proximity to the lake encouraged walks throughout the day or merely relaxing on the park benches.
Peaceful covered patio for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We even had a visit from a hummingbird. Designated covered parking is very nice to keep the hot sun off the car.
The owners were very welcoming and you can tell that they enjoy sharing their Scottsdale home with you.

Perfect location
The condo was super clean and well stocked. The location is wonderful, we walked the lake every day!
We loved the location of this place. The townhouse was very comfortable. Loved having morning tea on the patio and walking around the lake in the morning. Enjoyed Old Town too!
The property is in a fantastic central location. The one thing we were disappointed with is this listed old town as .1 miles, when we booked we thought this was walking distance it is not- its about 3-5 miles. Not a huge deal as we had a car with us. The space was well maintained and communication was fantastic. A few things to note:
The rates are fantastic but the host fee and cleaning fee are high for a VRBO even higher than I have seen in CA for beach properties. It was worth the difference with nightly fees.
It would be awesome to add a television to a bedroom- the master is super comfy but a tv would be a great addition for those that need that noise to fall asleep. This was not an issue except the last night and NOT in owner control- the walls are thin to neighbors- we were awoken about 4am to very loud talking/yelling- slamming of closet doors or bathroom doors and loud noises from the neighboring property- not sure if this is a regular occcurence but I was surprised. THe rest of our stay was fantastic.
The park out front is fantastic and so relaxing to walk!
The patio needs a VERY good cleaning dusting- there was a wasp nest and A LOT of webs and dust built up on the patio cover, lights and furniture. We did not use this space often, but it could use some attention.
Overall the location was a win- easy process with owner and with property manager and very clean inside. We would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed for a week. There is a beautiful park right outside your front door where we walked every morning and every evening. You can see the view of Camelback Mountain. It is situated right near great shopping, restaurants and easy access to major highways. Cute and quiet getaway. Will definitely come back. After the trip I had some suggestions for the owners and they implemented them immediately.
We rented this property because of the location and all the amenities, and it did not disappoint! Right across the street from a fabulous park with walking paths, across from a grocery store, 5 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall and everything you see in the pictures was exactly what is there. We loved having a covered, enclosed patio, washer and dryer and covered parking. Easy to find everything and we had communications before we arrived from both the owners and the property concierge. We didn't need anything fixed and there were no problems at all. I would rent this lovely place again.
We are a Canadian couple that spent four days at Chateau De Vie Seven. While it was only a short stay we thoroughly enjoyed out time there. The townhome is very comfortable and provides everything a couple or group of four would need to visit the Scottsdale area. We especially enjoyed our morning and evening walks around Chaparral Park which is right outside your door. The French inspired garden was delightful and the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to share their little piece of Paradise.
