This beautiful three-bedroom townhome sleeps seven (8 with blowup bed) and is just steps from our spacious association pool, as well as Chaparral Park with a lake, hiking/biking paths and playground equipment ideal for kids.

We have two free covered parking spaces. Great patio to hang out for drinks or cooking out. Quiet neighborhood and is fully equipped for a fun and comfortable stay. Available for week-long or extended stays. Perfect location...

Like to hike? Camelback Mountain is just ten minutes away.

Spring training? 15 Cactus Leagues Teams in town.

Old Town Scottsdale? Just two miles with many fabulous restaurants, bars, shops and museums!

Feel right at home and comfy in our new king & queen beds. Bunk beds for the kids. Perfect for a relaxing vacation (pool, old town, sports, restaurants, golf, etc.)! Only 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

We've lived here for four years but after having several little boys, we just outgrew the place where we started our family. We love the town house and we love the Old Town area because of so many great place to visit, eat, drink and enjoy the southwest culture.
