Windancer Condo 402 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Windancer 402 AKA 'My Happy Place' is tucked away directly on the beach near Sandestin and Silver Sands Factory Stores, Windancer is a great condominium getaway for couples or families. Let the Wind Dance through your hair as you soak in the seashore views from your balcony.

This four story Destin condo complex provides guests with a refreshing sense of privacy especially compared to the quantity of high-rise condominiums nearby. Every condo at Windancer features stunning panoramic views of the gorgeous gulf and the white sand beaches.

Windancer is the perfect place to soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip in the beachfront pool or swim in the inviting gulf waters which are just steps away. An adjacent lawn leads to a small stone patio which has a convenient place for grilling.
Close to shopping and dining, but not to traffic!  This will truly be your Happy Place!!

2nd Floor Loft Room Information:
Bedroom #3 is accessed by going thru King bedroom #2, no door at at top of loft steps or in to shared vanity area. Bedroom #3 does have a door for privacy. Shared bathroom, toilet and shower area provide a door for privacy, vanity area is open.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

No pets allowed

This property has parking for 2 vehicles.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo is beautifully remodeled and very clean. The view of the ocean is amazing, and the beach is easy to get to and much less crowded compared to other beaches in the area.

Girls weekend was great!

My girlfriends and me had a great long weekend in this condo! It was the perfect size and location, and very clean. My one piece of feedback was that there were only 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, etc. provided, a few wash cloths, and no Kleenex. The unit sleeps 10, so that doesn’t make sense numbers-wise. Perhaps the cleaning/restocking crew can be given different guidelines for the larger units like this one. Overall, we loved it and had a blast!!

Excellent Location, Great Layout

Very clean. Great layout, we stayed with our three teens/tweens and having the upstairs was a great way for them to have their own space. Since it is a smaller building, the beach in front of the condo is not crowded. Beach service is included which is a great addition! The pool is heated so even though the ocean was a little chilly in March we were still able to get in the water! Walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Bring your own small round coffee filters- we packed coffee but in prior rentals filters specific to the model in the condo were included. We will defiantly be back!
