In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a second-story, two-bedroom villa. Guests will enjoy the deck overlooking the golf course and the short 5-minute walk to the beach.
Walk in the front door and be welcomed by the beach-themed decor. The living room offers comfortable furniture, a TV, and views of the golf course. The updated, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area has a table with seating for four.
The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy spectacular golf course views from the back deck, which includes a small bistro table and seating for four.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Excellent place to stay in Kiawah
We had a wonderful time!
Place is clean with a great view of the golf course.
We were within 5 minutes to the beach.
The beach gear was a plus.
Just wished there was a way we could get access to the resort pool and fitness center.

Relaxing family vacation
We enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island. This property was in a great location...close to golf and the beach! The condo was clean and comfortable. We had all the amenities needed to relax. We loved the deck that overlooks the golf course. We also appreciated the short walk to the beach.

Once in a lifetime experience!
The apartment with a beautiful deck overseeing the golf course was pristine clean. The resort, the services, restaurants, and location were some of the best we have seen. The beach was breathtaking. On top, the host was extremely friendly and helpful! This was one of lifetime experience!

Location ideal for our daily 2 hr beach walking and excellent nearby Shopping Center ( we are not golfers) : whilst not a problem , the kitchen window could not be closed and the balcony door needs a hook
to stay open : otherwise an fine condominium complex .
We will recommemd you and Kiawah to our friends .

The property manager was able to get the kitchen window closed without issue. As for the balcony door, we typically do not provide a way to keep/prop those open due to the lack of screening on this balcony. Being a wooded barrier island, this is to try and ensure pests remain outside, rather than inside the homes.

Great location in Kiawah West Beach Area
Our family spent a long weekend in this very nice villa. The location was perfect near the Cougar Clubhouse and West Beach. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Beds were decent. The bathrooms were very nice and most importantly the unit was clean. There was a nice view out back of the approach to the 16th green at Cougar. We would definitely stay again.

Such a short walk to the beach! Riding bikes on the beach was fun. It's a beautiful island with lots of fun restaurants. Make sure to make reservations well in advance of your trip.

The villa was just perfect! It was nicely furnished, up-to-date, and comfortable. We were so surprised by how close the villa was to the beach. The deck overlooks the golf course and bike path which makes it peaceful when you are at the villa and easily accessible to the beach or exploring the area on your bike. And, the property manager could not have been nicer when I called for tips about Kiawah. Thanks for a great stay. We highly recommend the villa and hope to return!
