The Space:
Charming one-story villa, on 1st floor, features 2 large bedrooms-2 baths, light-filled sunroom with lagoon views, 10-minute walk to the beach. The tastefully decorated villa has soft, inviting color palettes, comfortable furnishings, open-floor plan with ceiling fans and hardwood floors in the main living areas. The gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stone backsplash, built-in appliances. The adjoining dining area has comfortable seating for four. The well-appointed living room opens to the sunroom. Casement windows, plantation shutters, expansive views of the lagoons from the dining room, living room, sunroom, master bedroom stream light into the villa. The bedrooms, each with a King bed and TV, are bright with light-filled windows, tasteful furniture, décor. The master suite overlooking the lagoon has a vaulted, wood plank ceiling, glass-encased shower with sitting area. The second bedroom has a sitting area, tiled shower-tub combo.

Want some real adventure? Why don't you try horseback riding? Kiawah Island boasts a number of equestrian centers and stables, all under 16 miles away. If exercise is your thing, Kiawah has over 10 miles of packed beach perfect for those early morning jogs or bike rides. You'll also find over 30 miles of trails that wind around the island, so you can explore something new every day of your vacation. Some of these trails will drop you right into Freshfields Village, where you can shop, visit adorable boutiques, check out some local cuisine and even seasonal events like wine tastings and art venues. Be sure to check out Bohicket Marina, about 3 miles away, where you can take sunset cruises and charter boats for deepsea fishing, and visit restaurants and rooftop taverns.

Beautiful Condo in Excellent Location

The condo is absolutely beautiful, well appointed, well located. We will definitely stay there again if/when we visit Kiawah/Johns islands in the future.

Perfect Location

This villa was in a perfect location for some local work that I had on Kiawah Island. I would highly recommend for a beautiful getaway spot.

Perfect Location

My husband, son, and his fiance stayed in this condo while attending a wedding on Johns Island. Everything was perfect. The beds were so comfortable as well as lounging in the den. I highly recommend this condo.

Outstanding trip!!!

This place was so awesome we are looking to book it again in June. Everything was perfect. Beautiful from top to bottom. The view was fabulous. Quiet and peaceful. We cooked most of our meals there and found everything we needed! LOVED it!

Lovely location, very comfortable condo, great kitchen, we like to cook.

Since the condo is located near the center of the island, it is a great location for biking. Beautiful location and well maintained.

Kiawah Island Stay

We really enjoyed staying here. It is a well kept home that was perfect for what we wanted. The location is quiet and close to some great golf.

A good location that was an easy drive to Charleston.

Very nice property and location. It was an easy walk to th beach. Charleston was a very doable drive with lots of nice sight seeing opportunities along the way.

Family wedding weekend

Very nice updated property. Well equipped. Comfortable furniture. The condo is more compact than appears in photos but still worked well for us. Only complaint is toilet seats were not cleaned well.

Serene area and convenient location.

The property was just as it looked in the photos and a great location to get on the island as well as off the island. The home was very clean and organized and the management company was so organized and attentive to their details as far as directions to get on property, island pass, keys and procedures. We look forward to a future stay with Vacasa!

Fabulous Property

My adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed stay here.! The property is immaculate, and the furnishings are top notch and so comfortable. The beach is just a bike ride away too. It was such a great experience - we highly recommend this listing.

Fantastic short get away

The home is very nicely decorated, was very clean, and has all the conveniences you would expect. Beautiful peaceful view of the waterway from the reading nook. We had a great time.

Thanksgiving Stay

We rented this villa for Thanksgiving week. We thought it was clean and as advertised. The coffee maker was moldy as was some of the dishes but other than that everything else was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful unit, great value

We stayed here over Spring Break and the unit exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. We had never stayed in a condo at Kiawah before, but this unit was close enough to the beach to bike to (even for my 5 year old). The linens and furniture were high quality and the unit was bright and cheery. It felt very solid. It's important to my family that we are at least as comfortable on vacation as we are at our own home. It was well stocked and a great size for a family of 4. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

awful cleanliness

Arrived to the property for our honeymoon - went to get in bed the first night and found a can of shaving cream in the bed. We spent the first night of our honeymoon washing sheets as the trash was a clear sign that no one has washed the sheets from the period of the last guest to our arrival time. Day two after breakfast, we went to put our dishes in the dishwasher only to discover a machine full to the brim of dishes that reeked of mildew. Overall, the place stay was alright, but to disregard cleaning during a global pandemic is unacceptable. We chose a property away from a hotel/large crowds for this very reason.

Family Getaway

The property was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The villa was well equipped with everything needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. The issues were there was no pool on the property for our use and the second bathroom shower curtain needs to be changed, it had mildew on it. Overall, we enjoyed our first time at Kiawah Island and we will be returning.

Beautiful villa

Amazing location that is a short walk from the beach. The master bedroom has a huge shower with foot washer. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We loved it and hope to return next year
