Sleeps 4-5 - Cozy, comfortable, updated, quiet, 2 bedroom 2 bath , 2nd floor Condo.
Close to the beach, tennis and pickle ball courts , golf, restaurants , and Sanctuary Hotel and Spa !
. Guests enjoy 1 king bd, 1 queen, twin daybed, trundle , a sunny screened in porch for evening sunsets , ( Wifi) and smart tv.
Our Tennis Club Villa is well appointed and includes a fully equipped kitchen ( dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc) . Mr Coffee maker and Keurig , initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, heat,air. , starter supply of paper products ) detergents, 24-hour security in a gated Community, 2 Parking spaces per Reservation . Our condo does NOT have pool access
For your safety , a security camera is located outside the front door .

The house was perfect for our little getaway. We enjoy visiting Kiawah and this trip proved to be just as relaxing as any other.

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was nice for beach access. Overall, the apartment is nice, with the kitchen and living room being well furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms and second bedroom need some attention and maintenance. It was fine for our quick weekend and the price was good for a place on the Island.

Highly Recommend!

The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. We’d definitely love to stay here again in the future!

We were here for a tennis tournament, so loved the close proximity to the courts. The condo was lovely and well stocked. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive.

Great location.

Property was in a great location and as described. It is a short scenic walk to the beach, near golf and tennis. We had a great trip to the low country and would stay here again.

Perfect get away!

This villa feels like home. The owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Kiawah is our favorite place to be!

Very comfortable place

We had a great stay at this clean and welcoming home. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Everything in the description was spot on. I would highly recommend this place to my family & friends.

Perfect all around

Perfect villa for the 3 of us, easy walk to the beach, gorgeous setting, fully equipped villa and super easy check in and out. Owner was very responsive and Communication was top notch! Great vacation!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as advertised. There was plenty of room and the screened back porch was nice. The location was great with the beach a fairly short walk along a pretty path. Great bike riding trails nearby as well as the beach for a sunset bike ride experience. Kiawah is a really special place and we would definitely return to this condo!

Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this condo: the cleanliness, layout, decorating. The bedrooms were spacious. The screened in porch was spacious and comfortable. The manager responded immediately to our questions. Only things missing were washcloths. We would definitely stay here. Thank you Karen for a great stay!

The process of rental was easy. We have been coming to Kiawah for many years. The decor for the unit was good. Both baths could use som attention. The showerhead in secondary bath was substandard. There was broken tile in the master bath and there needs to be clean caulk around tub. When we arrived this bathtub had standing water. There were nails sticking up from the threshold going into master bedroom. Lastly, the entry door was difficult to open with the key provided.

Pretty Island. Nice Condo.

Good: nice community, beautiful tennis courts, lots of beach supplies on personal deck, king size bed in master. Saw an alligator on the walking path, close community parking. Potential issues: appliances and furniture dated, pretty far walk to the beach with no easy access from driving, not part of the resort which made amenities more expensive, wished for more of a scenic view from condo. Overall happy with condo and community.

Great area

The unit was in a great spot near the tennis courts and a short bike ride/ walk to beach. The unit could have been a little cleaner. Also, there was a sliding door that blocked part of the dryer. This made it difficult to get clothes in and out of dryer.
