There are several gathering areas within the cottage -- you and your guests can relax & unwind in the living room, dining room, screened porch overlooking the lagoon or the open deck accessible from the master suite. Guests enter The Coastal Cottage by walking up the exterior stairs to the front door. Upon entering the cottage, you will find the living room, staircase to the upper floor, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom suite. You can access the private screened porch with outdoor dining table through the French doors in the dining room. The screened porch also connects to the back deck. Walk up the interior staircase to access the two guest bedroom suites on the second floor and the full sized washing machine & dryer.



The Coastal Cottage is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home during your stay.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.
