It offers easy access to Peak 9’s Beaver Run SuperChair and the Quicksilver SuperChair with just a short 700-foot walk to the slopes. And, Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is close by, providing shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This townhome has been fully recarpeted and freshly updated with a new loveseat sofa, tv, bluetooth stereo, stove/range, dishwasher, washer, dryer, curtains, bed comforters, and more to add comfort and style to your stay. The split tri-level floor plan is spacious and family-friendly, offering privacy and ample space for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the dining area and living room, which features high ceilings and a cozy wood fireplace. The private balconies off both the primary bedroom and living room provide lovely mountain views and a refreshing outdoor escape.

Additional amenities include wireless internet, cable TV, bluetooth stereo, and a variety of new, fun board games perfect for those looking for entertainment. For your convenience, there’s a private heated garage and a washer/dryer within the townhome.

As a guest, you’ll also have access to the exclusive Upper Village Clubhouse, located just one block away. Relax in the outdoor heated pool or unwind in the hot tubs, only a three-minute walk from the townhome.

Stay Close to Peak 9

The proximity to the Peak 9 is its best attribute. Unfortunately this property is very tired and needs massive upgrading. The sleeper bed is not comfortable and after (2) nights our friend took to sleeping on the couch. Only (1) of the (2) coffee makers worked. However, all the humidifiers did and was a great added benefit when staying at that elevation.

Sufficient

Pretty average. NOT recently renovated. Enough hot water for only one shower. Small TV. Pro: short walk to the ski hill and indoor garage parking. Good unit for 2 people.

Property is very old and has many problems

My stay in breckeridge and the town was wonderful the property is very old there's not adequate Supplies in the house and there is construction going down where you have them starting at 6:30 AM so there's no peace and quiet which I really was looking forward to. The toilet Stone flash properly it just goes on and it's unfortunate cause it's a great location but apparently I picked the wrong time and the property was not professionally supplied

Breckenridge ski and fun

We had a great 4 days of skiing, dining and shopping. The town looked absolutely delightful all lit up and ready for the holidays. The condo location was strategically located close to chair lifts, restaurants and shops. Even though everything was in working order in the unit we think it could use a needed updating from kitchen appliances to carpeting, mattresses, etc. The general appearance of this unit is of something that got stuck in the 60’s. Still, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Just Okay

This is a dated unit that is clean and comfortable. Some things I would have liked to know before booking: Stairs everywhere, you even have to go down stairs from the kitchen to go upstairs to the bedrooms; Master bath has only a tub, no shower or shower wand--had to go down to kitchen level to shower; Master bedroom has 70s-style vertical blinds--except more than half were missing and others were cracked. This faces east, meaning blinding sunlight in your face at 6:45 am.; Fireplace with two pieces of wood for 3 night stay; No coffee; Carpeted bathrooms with discolored carpet around the toilets--need washable rugs or something; Also didn't appreciate having to pay management company a hefty cleaning fee, yet still required to take our own trash to some hidden dumpster somewhere. We had fun, but I would not book again.

Great location — outdated amenities

Perfect location. Only a 2.5 min walk to the Quicksilver Superchair! Also close to downtown and shuttles. Downside is it is outdated. Be prepared to use an oven from the ?70s? It is tiny and hard to use (who knows what temperature it was actually at). Other than that, great stay.
