We stayed for the weekend. Nice place. Close to the pool and tennis court. Clean and well maintained. Could use some updating, but everything was functional. Nice deck and patio areas. It is a nice safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend the place.

Familytrip

Had a great stay for the most part. Was very disappointed with the beds. Probably some of the worst I’ve ever slept on in all of my years of going on vacation. Tubs were a little on the dirty side but over all had a nice trip.

Filthy

I will start off by saying that the property itself is in a good location, and has decent amenities. However it is dingy and needs to be updated, as well as being in desperate need of a deep clean. The counters were sticky, the dishes were cloudy and had grime on them, there was trash under the beds and sofa, there were thick coats of dust on all the wall hangings and vents/ductwork/baseboards, and there were stains on the furniture and couch. The fabric headboard in the master bedroom had a thick coat of dust on it as well. The box spring in the second bedroom was broken which caused the end of the bed to tilt towards the floor - which made it feel like the bed was going to break while we slept. The mattresses were also rock hard. When I called the maintenance office I was told that they would come out to take a picture of the box spring so they could show the owner, but nothing came from it. Granted we were only there two nights, but hopefully they replace it for the next person. Overall, I would not rent this property again. The rental company was easy to deal with but the owners need to update things and find a better cleaning crew. Definitely a disappointment considering the price we paid.

Difficult to find

The property was difficult for us to figure out when we arrived. We arrived late at night - about 10 pm. And the neighborhood is dimly lit. There are numbers on the buildings as well as numbers on the fences. Apparently the numbers on the buildings do not have anything to do with the unit number where you are staying. Some of the units are facing inward toward a court yard, so when you are trying to drive around to find the right unit, you can’t drive down there to find the right unit number, which is only associated with the number on the fence - not on the building number that is really the only visible thing especially at night. The keys that we got from the rental company prior to arriving at the community also had a different number on them which was not at all associated with the Location which was additionally confusing. We had to call the emergency number after about 30 minutes of searching for our unit. Luckily we immediately got someone very helpful on the phone who helped us navigate to our unit. Overall fine location and relatively clean space. Relatively close to the beach - really about a 10-15 minute walk with a stop at the cross walk and lugging beach equipment. Would recommend having better instructions to find the unit.

Nice spot!

Really enjoyed this condo it was a perfect getaway for myself and 5 teenagers!! Very close to the beach and also very convenient to shopping and restaurants!!

Nice stay in Ocean City

Our stay in this condo was pleasant. Everything was clean and worked well. There was even a grill to use which was nice. Never heard anything through the walls from other units. Great space for a family of 5! Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather. Only complaints are that the queen bed was very uncomfortable and definitely needs an upgrade. Also there were tiny ants in the kitchen. Hopefully this will be rectified soon. All and all it was a great stay.
