Nice rental for short stay in Queenstown

Nice rental for short stay in Queenstown, best for one person. Be aware that parking is hard to find and only the microwave is usable in the kitchen.

One week stay

The property is in a great location, easy walking distance into town and bus stops. It was perfect for me, and although it was very cold in Queenstown the week I was there the van heated up quickly once the heater was turned on, and a bonus was the electric blanket on the bed. The bathroom is attached to the caravan so is quite cold, but again there is a fan heater in there so warms up quickly.

Hotspot - Queenstown

I'll stay was comfortable with great bathroom facilities. Parking was a little difficult, that seems usual anywhere in Queenstown. The bedroom and bed was smaller than anticipated. That we made it work. Overall was a great price for what was offered.

Great little spot, comfortable and affordable

Great little camper in a backyard about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown. As just one person staying, really comfortable and really awesome to have a little place for myself. Really affordable too! One thing to note though, the photo has a little oven/cooker but the gas wasn't connected (at least not for my stay) so you can't do any cooking with that. There was a microwave though and a little fridge, so you can keep and prepare food with those.

I have loved it here so much. In walking distance to all the activities, and bus stops, shops etc. Very comfortable, warm on those really cold days. Great views from the van. Nice quiet area. Everything I needed was here, even a washing machine. I plan coming back again for sure and would definitely stay here again. Great memories of a fabulous place. Thank you Brock and Julie so much

We have replaced our much loved 1978 Balmoral caravan with our new 2020 Bailey Phoenix.
All reviews prior to Feb 2021 are from guests who enjoyed staying in our Balmoral. We hope all new guests find our Bailey Phoenix upgrade even better.

If staying on a NZ Public Holiday, our cleaning companies surcharge for cleaning is already included in your rate.

Please enquire with us first, if you are wanting a 3rd person(eg. your child) to also stay and we will explain what is required.
