The Space:

With modern décor, local artwork, and a heat pump to keep things comfy year-round, this studio is made for rest and recharge.



Stretch out on the plush bed, stream your favourite shows, or sip wine in the comfort of your own space. A bar fridge, toaster, and microwave offer the essentials, and communal BBQs are available on-site.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed (can be made into 2 single beds)

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Please note, there is no clothes washing machine or dryer in the apartment. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the common area of the complex. Alternatively, there are professional laundry facilities available in downtown Queenstown and Five Mile shopping district.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the studio. While it’s connected to a neighbouring 2-bedroom apartment via a locked internal door, your space is fully self-contained with its own separate entrance for complete privacy.



Guests also have access to free parking on-site. Spaces are not allocated to specific apartments, so you’re welcome to park anywhere available within the complex.
