The Space:

Stepping into the studio, the king-size bed offers premium comfort with fresh linens and plush pillows. A smart TV is mounted for easy viewing from bed, and complimentary Wi-Fi ensures you’re always connected.

The compact kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, and basic essentials, giving you the option to enjoy light meals at home. Outside in the lakeside courtyard, the shared barbecue is perfect for those.

Please be aware that this Studio apartment does not have views of the lake or mountains. One of the windows looks out over the carpark and footpath. The other window looks out over the gardens area.

(Please note the bed cannot be split)



Baby Accessories: Portacot, baby bath and high chair are available upon request for a $50NZD fee. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your reservation if you wish to reserve these items.



Please note, there is no clothes washing machine or dryer in the apartment. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the common area of the complex. Alternatively, there are professional laundry facilities available in downtown Queenstown and Five Mile shopping district.



Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

A maximum of 2 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

You’ll enjoy private access to the studio and the public BBQ Facilities.

This is a self-contained space attached to a two-bedroom apartment, however it is fully private with your own entrance.

Free parking is available in the complex carpark. Height restrictions apply. Parking is not available for campervans or motorhomes.
