Stay in a spacious 1-bedroom condo during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ at Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums in the Midtown and Buckhead area of Atlanta. Located just one block from Peachtree Street, this property offers convenient access to MARTA for easy travel to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

This 1BR/1BA condo includes a separate bedroom, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, and fast internet. A Roku HDTV in each room allows you to stream matches throughout the tournament.

Bi-weekly cleaning with fresh linens and towels, utilities, and one free parking space are included. The layout is ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for more space than a hotel.

With restaurants, grocery stores, and Midtown attractions nearby, this is a comfortable and convenient home base for your stay.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $55 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $55 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great Long Term Stay Option

My family stayed for 2 weeks while undergoing a renovation. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable for an extended stay. Loved the area--walked Peachtree nightly and enjoyed the nearby restaurants in Midtown and the Westside. Staff was very prompt and accommodating for the few minor issues we had. Great value--would recommend.

Everything at BCA apartments is top notch! This was my third time staying for over three weeks at one of their apartments. Safety, Privacy, Simplicity

This place is my home away from home when I visit Atlanta. Safety is always my number one priority when visiting Atlanta. I travel alone most times and when I stay here I feel as safe as I do if I were home. It also has the same at-home privacy of a cozy neighborhood— just like home. The wonderful checkin and checkout process adds to the simplicity of getting the business part of the living arrangement started and completed. Just how I like it.

Nice and noisy apartment

Very noisy. Super hard mattress. Well equipped kitchen. Team BCA response: Thank you for your review. We enjoyed hosting you at one of our apartments, and we're sorry to hear that it wasn't the best equipped for your stay. Unfortunately, all our mattresses are the same firmness standard, so we didn't have a spare one that would be softer. We recommend that our guests bring special items like a mattress topper along for the stay.We hope you consider staying with us again.

Good Stay

BCA has really thought of the essentials in its apartments. But it would be good to see again the loud noise of the ventilation system, which is triggered very frequently and very early or very late. Marvelous

The host was helpful throughout the entire process which made our nightmare of bouncing around while waiting on our home bearable! The amenities where very very good and provided everything we needed to be comfortable and happy. I would definitely use and recommend them in the future. I am picky but this apartment exceeded my expectations. Washer and dryer included. They also recycle!!! Fairly quiet. Just an ocasional loud walking neighbor upstairs. Comfortable for longer stay

Overall comfortable stay. We didn't use it but appreciated the free parking. Kitchen & laundry were great, some laundry detergent & more toilet paper fir a 14 night stay would have been handy. Appreciate organizing our late check out. Team BCA Response: We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay while you were in Atlanta and that you enjoyed some of our amenities. For our 1- and 2-bedroom units we supply a starter pack of essential items such toilet paper, cleaning supplies and towels. We hope that it will be enough for each guest to get them through to our complementary biweekly cleanings. For guests whose stays do not qualify for a bi-weekly cleaning, we are more than happy to bring over a few extras to help out. We appreciate your patience and understanding about the wood floors. We are sorry that your upstairs neighbors were so busy walking around. Next time, you can contact us before hand to see if a 2nd floor unit is available. We are always happy to make those accommodations when available. And our apartments in the Specular Suites are another great option for less noise within the apartment. The units have more carpet blocking excess noise and the air handling system is much quieter.

Really liked the room but not the noise

Room was awesome and so homey, much nicer than a hotel. Unfortunately I am a light sleeper so the noise from the trains across the woke me up a few times, David Team BCA Response: We are glad to know that you enjoyed your apartment and had a good trip.
