Look no further! Nestled on a private road, The Farm offers 75 acres of forest to enjoy. After a day of riding the trails, enjoy an evening outside around the fire.



About the Cabin

The Farm offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The (new!) master suite offers a king bed and private attached bath. The 2nd bedroom is a loft-style bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. There is a shared full bathroom on the main floor. The living area offers a cozy wood-burning stone fireplace.



Parking: There is plenty of parking available at The Farm! Just a 7-minute ATV ride to the trailhead, you can unload your trailers at The Farm, and you won't need to reload them until you check-out!



The Area: 

The Ivy Branch Trail Head is the most northern trail system of the Hatfield McCoy Trails and is the first system you reach traveling through Charleston.



The Farm is 7 miles from the Hatfield McCoy Welcome Center as well as Water Ways Park - a family-friendly water park. The Farm is 12 miles from Southridge Shopping Center which offers a variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.  

What is Provided: 

Bed linens are provided as a courtesy to all of our guests. This includes one towel and washcloth per person. A kitchen towel is also provided. Please be sure that all linens + towels stay when you leave. If there is any damage or items missing, it will result in a replacement fee. 

Starter supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels are provided at no additional cost. 



A Few Things: 

***4WD Vehicles are required when visiting The Farm. 

***Firewood is available for $7 a bundle. 

***Ten days prior to your arrival you will have access to our online Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is your one-stop for all information regarding your stay, including key and WIFI codes, parking instructions, maps and more.

***There is no camping, RVs or any additional guests permitted on the property without prior agreement from Elevation Vacation Rentals. Hunting is not allowed without a prior agreement from Elevation Vacation Rentals and is only available if you are the only guest on the mountain. Violation of this agreement will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all money paid.

***Please be sure to read our rental agreement prior to check-out.

***There are no check-ins/check-outs permitted on Saturdays or Sundays during a holiday weekend.
