This beautifully renovated pet-friendly studio, 1-bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings is the perfect cozy spot for your Mammoth getaway! Located on the 2nd level in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this unit offers electric heating throughout and a private outdoor deck ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing with your favorite drink while soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in Mammoth. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll have effortless access to dining, shopping, nightlife, and the slopes without the hustle and bustle. After a day of exploring the mountains or hiking the nearby trails, unwind by the propane fireplace with slate hearth in the cozy living area and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV, or gather for meals at the dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The sleeping area includes a Queen bed with a walled partition for added privacy, and there’s also a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to one unassigned outdoor parking space. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. This unit includes one parking pass. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for assistance with alternative arrangements and alternative options. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests, is non-smoking and pet-friendly. The studio met our needs, however there were some issues. The humidifier was not clean therefore we couldn't use it, and the bluetooth speaker doesn't work. The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable as well. The unit does not get a lot of direct natural light during the day, so it feels like a cave. I also feel as though the checkout process (taking out trash, washing dishes, returning the permits to the office) would detract me from staying here again. However, I appreciate that they gave us an extra parking pass since we had two cars.

Wonderful place!

My teenage son and I stayed here over Presidents' Day weekend. The unit was nicely appointed, very clean and very homey feeling! The amenities including swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, pinball, ping pong and pool table were especially appreciated. The close proximity to the village and gondola was super convenient for us to get up and down the mountain!

All around a wonderful stay

Great spot

The location was perfect. We loved how the town square was within walking distance for easy access to shopping and dining. The opportunity to use the athletic club was awesome and we took advantage of that as well. Highly recommend.

Clean, cozy, comfortable!

A lovely little condo with cozy gas logs, comfy furniture (sofa, rocking chair, bed, all good!), a nice kitchen (not much counter space but perfectly adequate kitchenware), with the added bonus of being pet friendly. Good location, quiet while we were there. No complaints about the property at all! Going to the office for our check-in documents seemed a little old-school... The door code could have been digitally sent to us, and the parking pass could have been left inside (or sent via a PDF file). Kinda a waste of time to physically go to the office? Not a big deal though, office is close by and the documents were waiting for us, it was a very quick and easy stop. All in all: don't hesitate to book this place! ❀

Nice soap/shampoo amenities, especially with the new Mammoth Reservations branding. One suggestion is re: the coffee situation. One packet of coffee is good for a regular coffee maker, and there is one tucked away in the cabinet. The Keurig coffee maker is more visible right by the microwave, but no Keurig pods are provided. Maybe provide some pods for guests to use.

The only reason we wouldn’t rent it again would be the location near the pool. The noise factor was bad, especially when 15 or more teenage boys and girls were in the pool yelling and using inappropriate language and appeared to be unsupervised. Not too relaxing. Also when we took our dog out in evenings for walks the loud parties going on in other units was a bummer for other nearby families in the units next to them.

Unfortunately I could only stay for 1 PM per rain and then a Family emergency, concerning an elderly father who got sick and needed urgent medical care. So we only stayed 1 PM. I requested some credit for a future stay but management was not interested in any reason for the credit. Quite disappointing

GREAT LOCATION!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location. It took 2 mins to walk to the Mammoth shuttle stop that takes you to the slopes. You are walking distance to the village (less than 10 mins). This unit is clean, spacious, and as an added bonus has a mud room which is great for the winter. Please bring coffee for the drip coffee machine as they do not have a traditional Keurig machine that didn't fit our K-pods. The heater was one downfall. The unit had heat but it only comes out of the vent that is in the mud room, not in the living room or bedroom. We did use the electric fireplace however due to it already having programmed settings and temperatures it turned itself off frequently. Even with heating situation, we still very much enjoyed our stay there and 100% plan on staying there again. On a side note to the property management company, please change your policy and give the code for entrance of the unit directly to the renter and leave the parking pass in the unit. This seems like a really old school way of doing things and a waste of time to drive to the office that isn't on site to pick up a code and paper parking pass, then return it to the office instead of leaving it in the unit.

Not the same as it used to be

Reviewer Comments: Service has gone downhill ever since the complex outsourced it's reservations and services. Upon arrival the smoke alarm was chirping. There was no one onsite to help us. We needed towels for the jacuzzi, but the front office no longer offers that - you have to drive to the new off-site office location in downtown Mammoth to get towels, which is a major inconvenience, especially in a blizzard! The refrigerator was very small and the bottom shelf in the door was broken. Missing cooking oil, which most condos have.
