Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property is spacious and an end unit with views of the forest. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people with a king, a queen, 2 twin beds and 2 sets of twin bunks beds. This townhome is perfect for two families! This unit is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great apartment, location can’t be beat!

Our group of friends had a great stay here. The location can’t be beat and the apartment can comfortably fit a large group. Walking distance to the village and the gondola. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the plumbing was not great and only one person could take a hot shower at a time.

This home was the perfect setup and an ideal location that is very close to the village. Our group each had their own rooms to retire for the night and a big enough dining table and living room to comfortably fit everyone. Highly recommend!

Great place with friends!

Stayed four nights with ten friends and a dog. Place had everything we needed and were able to get a restock on soaps and towels halfway through the trip. Everyone was helpful and fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Great stay for a big group.

There were 8 of us, all adults, and there was enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Balcony is stocked with more firewood than you could possibly burn during a week or two stay. Overall all, very happy with our experience. To top it off it is a pet friendly listing.

Great for big families with a dog

The home was welcoming and it seems like little updates are being done. The rug is stained which is why pets are allowed, but we didn't end up taking our dog and we were fine with it. The kitchen had all amenities we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner.

Just good.

Overall a good place to stay. Very convenient to the Village and spacious for a group of 10 people. However, it needs a bit of maintenance. Friends complained that bunk beds were loose. The hot water ran out quick. The internet was very slow. Some of the cutlery was dirty. Also, having to stop by another location to pickup and drop off items for check-in and check-out was unexpected.

We loved the fireplace. Hot tub and sauna were nice. We would all stay here again. However the beds were very uncomfortable. Even just a foam topper would help so much. All of us agreed on the beds. And many appliances were broken or very old. Property management handled those issues very promptly though. Great service!!!

Great spot

Good place that worked well for our group of 5 kids and 4 adults. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and the beds were comfy. The heat was a little challenging as a thermostat controls a wall unit; we couldn’t get the upstairs bedroom one to work, but the others were fine albeit a little loud when turning on. Catching the shuttle was pretty easy depending on where you were going. The hot tub was a couple minute walk down the hill. The door had a coded lock but we still had to go to the office to get the info; would’ve been nice to have it just added to the app so we didn’t need to do additional stops

Queen bed in downstairs master bedroom & full in upstairs master, not a king or queen like stated. No washer/dryer, ice maker or BBQ. Water pressure is low, front door does not lock automatically. It could use an update, but overall fine.

Convenient for skiing

This property was located in a great location, walking distance to the Village and right off the shuttle line to Canyon. The property managers were nice and very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were good size for our group. The unit itself is extremely dated, and the bathrooms specifically were lacking. The upstairs shower was awful! We could never get the temperature right and the water pressure sucked. Also, the TV in the living room does not have streaming and there is no DVD player, so TV options were limited in the main living area. But overall it was good for our purposes.

Spring Break '24

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described, though more dated than as indicated in the pictures. The heater in the upstairs bedroom was not working, the dishwasher worked but was not bolted into the casing and so kept falling forward during loading/unloading, and the windows were very drafty and heat was difficult to control with wide variances from room to room. Bathrooms were cramped and the water temperature difficult to control. Overall, the property was okay, expect it to be basic and old/outdated.

A Pleasant Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Mammoth Estates for vacations for 30 years. We always have a great time in the pool and jacuzzi and game room. The pool is nicely heated, something you won't always find in Mammoth rentals. The unit we rented could use some updates and fresh paint, but it was comfortable enough for all of us. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The complex was very quiet during our stay which was a plus. The kitchen has a problem with ants. Don't leave any crumbs out or you'll be sorry. There are two queen beds, two twin beds, and two bunk beds. I somehow expected a king in the master bedroom, so that was a disappointment.

Nice for a short stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to the village, about a 7 minute walk. The staff was helpful for check-in. Beds were comfortable. Has wifi. The rental does need to be updated. The central heater is sporadic. There was a space heater in our room that we brought out and there is a fireplace, so we just ended up using those to heat the house. The kitchen is missing some items, so if you plan to cook, you might want to bring your own necessities. I couldn't find a cutting board or chef knife. No laundry room and no garagr either. It was pet friendly!

One of the families said they didn’t think the heater was working in bedroom with bunk beds. Also, no firewood for fireplace. We had to purchase our own. We never called to inquire. We locked ourselves out of condo on first day but we contacted owner and they responded very quickly. Will definitely come and stay again. Close to village and ample parking.

Not a good experience. Showed up to the place and there were old half drank coffee cups in the closet, trash, with wadded up blankets presumably unwashed. Broken table stand and bed frame so you sink into the middle without a support beam. Confetti pieces strewn about the living room. No washer in the unit is a bummer. Dishwasher doesn’t work.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately didn’t stay at this unit because upon arrival we immediately noticed a strong gas odor. I was disappointed with how property management handled the situation. They moved us to a different unit, but the new unit was a much lower quality than what we had booked and we were not provided the units information until 24 hours later after we requested it. Property management never contacted me to see if the property met our needs, if we needed anything, or offer us a refund for any of the troubles. In fact, I tried calling to speak with them but you are required to leave a voicemail and they never returned my call. The property is in a great location, easy to walk to the village, but the management company could improve their customer service and the units need better maintenance.

Place needs a HUGE facelift - misrepresented in photos. Not happy

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Mammoth Rental company itself was great. It was easy to get our keys and the staff was super nice.The condo itself was a dump and misrepresented in the website photos. Walls, carpet and furniture were filthy. The cooking pans were so old they were bent and all the Teflon completely scraped off. We had nothing to cook with as everything stuck to the pans even with oil. The pans weren’t even even to sit on the oven properly. The carpets are unraveling and coming up off the seams at the doors, which my family kept tripping on. The upstairs shower made an awful noise when you turned the water on. Almost as if the water pump wasn’t working? The fans are from 1960 and need to either be replaced or oiled as they were SO loud when you turned them. I felt like they’d catch fire or break. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. The mattress was so old there was no support and is completely collapsed in the middle. If yuu or laid down, you would roll into middle. The staff at the condo were beyond rude. We called to ask them a question and the conversation went like this “how dare you call us on a Sunday night”. We were only given 1 towel each for 8 people on our 4 day stay. We had 3 small children with us. This is unacceptable. No pool towels provided. This needs to be put in the description when you rent the condo so families are prepared. We usually stay at a condo near canyon lodge, and the condos are the same price with not only better staff, but they provide clean towels when you ask. The condos are in better condition. We won’t be staying with you again. In the master bathroom there is yellow gunk running down the walls.

Pet friendly condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good condo with comfortable sleeping as described. Liked the parking right outside the front door and plenty of firewood. Unit could be a little newer, but nothing was an issue and it allowed our dog.
