Enjoy the convenience of location! This property is across the secret bridge to/ from The Village at Mammoth. Gondola to Canyon Lodge, shopping, restaurants, coffee, and more.. This luxurious large townhome is three levels. Lovely mountain views out of every window! Stylish and mountain chic designed to offer any large group a comfortable stay with loads of fun. Enjoy the convenience of having your own private game room with a wet bar (Billiards, shuffleboard, and ping pong table) inside your vacation rental. The living room offers two side- by side- smart TV’s for viewing pleasure, game table and the home has 2 gas fireplaces! Prepare meals in a gourmet kitchen and enjoy the expansive dining area with seating for 12. There are two King bedrooms on the lower level with a full bathroom, the remaining three bedrooms are on the upper third level. One bedroom with twin bunk beds, second bedroom with queen bunk beds and a shred full bath in between, and lastly the Master bedroom with a King, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Additional sleeping can be found in the game room by using the daybeds, or the living room bench daybeds. Private Washer and dryer in laundry room and a propane BBQ on the deck gives you all the amenities needed. This unit sleeps a maximum of 14 people and comes with 3 parking permits. This home is a 3 story townhome with approx. 25 steps to the front entrance. Val D’isere’s complex offers an on-site spa, sauna, and seasonal swimming pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize for any inconvenience. Great place, excellent location, basically across the street from the village resort (shopping, restaurants, distillery, etc.)We had a total of 12 people. 6 adults, 3 kids, 3 toddlers. It was about a 15 minute drive to convict lake. It’s tri-level, which has its ups and downs (hehe)Which isn’t ideal for small kids, we had 3 in our party. But, ice chests worked as kiddie gates, so it worked out. Check-in isn’t bad, the office is very close to the property. Overall, I’d totally stay here again. It was clean, spacious, and centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

A wonderful all inclusive!

loved that we didn’t need to drive anywhere once we were at the space. we didn’t even feel the need to go out because there was so much to do at the unit itself. We had a great time and there was so much space

Big but not as advertised

The accommodation was large enough for our two families with 8 kids total. The location is nice and close enough to walk to breweries and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked. Otherwise, the condo doesn’t match the listing. The space is dated, with mis matched decor and very used furnishings. The biggest issue we had was that the pool and spa advertised are not on site (it’s a 5-10 minute drive across town). This is a big issue for families with kids and just made us generally disappointed.

Walking distance to gondola and Village even with little kids.The game room is a big hit, just wish there was an accessible hot tub. Pans could use an upgrade, but that was very minor, would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was Amazing but the cleaning crew not so much. We had clumps of hair in the showers, throw up on the bathroom walls etc. our entire party 12 of us got the stomach flu from the house as we really never left. Great location and setting.

The check-in instructions were never sent to us. We arrive in the middle of the night without knowing how to get in the emergency person was helpful to get us the code, but it was stressful still. The master bedroom smelled bad. The pillow not comfortable. Location was good, but I will not stay here again.

Great for large groups

This place is great for groups, the game room and and large living spaces are wonderful. Comfy beds also. Well equipped and clean. The only complaint was that the hot tub in the complex had WAY too much chlorine and it would have been nice to have keyless entry or a lockbox.

2022 Mammoth Trip

Overall it was a good stay. The place is dated for the price. Some things not working properly, ceiling fan very dirty, but a great location (few minutes walk to Village) and plenty of room. Game room lots of fun. Mammoth Reservations agency great to work with.

It is in a wonderful location, close to the gondola, Canyon Lodge, and restaurants. It is extrememly well planned with lots of space everywhere for a large family. It has a big kitchen that is very well stocked, a large refrigerator which is big enough for storing lots of food, and a nice big dining table that was large enough to seat big families. The beds were all comfortable with extra blankets and pillows if needed. The game room was an extra bonus with fireplace, pool table, ping pong, table and shuffle board. All of the staff at Mammoth Estate Rentals were helpful and accommodating and made our stay extra pleasant. Our family loved it! Thank you to everyone at Mammoth Rentals for making our vacation so special!

Great space, fantastic location, but a bit rundown.

Property is managed by Mammoth Reservations. Check-in was easy, but I had to call to get check-in information the day before my arrival (they never emailed it to me). The location (across the street from Mammoth Village) was great. The size and layout of the unit is good for a multi-family group, and the kitchen is reasonably well stocked. The game room was a big plus. The unit was a bit rundown, with some closet doors, shades, etc. not working, etc. -- which wasn't a huge issue, but should have been fixed considering the high rental cost.

Cozy and inviting

Excellent layout for a large family. Our teens really loved the game room. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is large and well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lots of space and seating. I would suggest more towels provided, the extra blankets be washed the day before (didn't smell fresh) and a broom/vacuum be accessible for use. The pool & spa had maintenance issues when we were there. That was a bummer. :(

Great house near Village and Canyon

Could use more blanket, sheets, pillowcases for the extra beds in playroom. There was pool and ping pong table but not enough paddles or poles - only one of each so we didn't get to play. Separately, the management company was just ok. We were supposed to have 3 parking passes but they only gave us 2. Had to drive back to the office to get the 3rd. Lastly, we were locked out the last night of our stay. We called the 24 hour hot line and nobody called us back. We would have ended up sleeping in our car had we not had another friend who was staying nearby. Fortunately we were able to crash at their place until the office opened the next day. Otherwise, stay was pleasant and would recommend the house.

Spacious and great service

Great location, game room was amazing, loved the long dining room table and all the couches

There were 12 of us for three full days and two partial days and we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and there was no detergent for washing machines. Dishwasher bottom rack did not stay on rails and was difficult to close.

Nice, but limited parking

The property worked well for us, except for the limited parking. We had to park two vehicles across town which was a pain. They don’t mention the limited parking in the listing.

Mammoth 4th of July

The property was exactly what we expected and was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes etc. The location was perfect to walk to shops and restaurants and fireworks on the 5th of July were spectacular! Thank you for sharing your place with us.
