This 4-story townhome is located in the South Slope district of downtown Asheville. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half baths, plus a private loft on its own floor with a queen sized pull out sofa. It is equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio.
You`ll step right outside your front door to local breweries, restaurants, and spas while also conveniently located to the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors

2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6`8 H, 8`6 W, 17` L) and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.

Guests will be provided with detailed check-in instructions upon booking. These instructions will be re-sent 3 days prior to arrival. This rental is managed by Towns Property Management Inc; a locally owned company that has staff available 24 hours in case of emergency.

The townhouse was beautiful and in excellent condition. The elevator was very handy especially for the check-in and check out with the luggage. If you are a beer fan, this is an excellent location!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

This location was excellent. Conveniently located in the South Slope brewery district this condo is an easy uphill walk to Asheville’s popular dining destinations. Wicked Weed and Burial Breweries are just minutes away. The condo’s amenities were top notch. Kitchen had all utensils and gadgets needed to prepare a meal. Each bedroom has a separate thermostat so made sleeping temps customizable to each guest. The elevator was a nice feature not having to manually transport bags to the third floor sleeping quarters.My only negative comment (and it is just nitpicky) is that the quality of bath towels was substandard. They were hard and scratchy and not soft and fluffy. Needs a bath mat in front of primary shower as floor is slippery when stepping out with the water from the shower door. All in, this was a great value stay in a good location for a relaxing mountain getaway.

South slope perfection

Booked twice in a month . Great place for 2 couples + 1 single in loft. Very comfortable pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. Bathrooms for everyone and the elevator makes the stairs no issue!

Wonderful townhome!

This townhouse was amazing and just right for our group of 3 women away for the weekend. Townhome was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Furnishings were lovely and very comfortable. Location was great - walked to downtown, brewery and restaurants, and a short drive to visit the Biltmore Estate. Would highly recommend this place to any group for a great stay!

Worth the 4 hour wait

Loved the condo and the elevator since I am disabled. I wish the owner would have responded to my request to arrive a couple of hours earlier. We had to drive around for 3 hours and then park at the condo for an hour before we could go into it at 4 PM. I asked if we could arrive a little earlier and he responded that he would get back to me but never did. We would have paid more for that convenience.

Perfect!

I couldn't imagine a better place to stay or a better location. Everything that we wanted to do was a walkable distance, yet the townhouse was peaceful. You would never know that you were in the heart of an urban environment. We loved our experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay! The town house was extremely new and clean. It was also stocked with everything we needed as far as appliances and necessities. There were just a few downsides:- the view is not inspiring; you are overlooking a convenient store and some pretty unattractive businesses.- it is quite an uphill hike to downtown, take note.- the place feels a little sterile and lacks personality (this is bc of the overall newness I would suspect).

This property is close to town in an up and coming neighborhood and has all amenities that you need. It is very clean and comfortable and away from the noise of the main shopping/restaurant area. The garage is a bonus as is the private elevator in this 4 story unit.

Like New Four (4) years old...

This property is so highly maintained it seems "like new." The internet was poor, so we used our Verizon Jet Pack and or phone as a Hot Spot. The private elevator makes getting between floors a breeze. The property is located in an area that is being revitalized and is located within 5-10 minutes walking (3 minutes driving) to many nice restaurants. We would definately stay here again.

Lovely Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was set up very well, meeting all of our needs. We were very impressed, and the two parking spots were appreciated. I messaged the property manager with a couple of questions, and they were very helpful.

Perfect Mother’s Day Weekend

Thank you for an amazing stay! We “bougied” things up for a recent soccer tourney in Asheville. The entire family loved the townhome. Clean, great location, great check-in information etc. Would stay again! Definitely head to Biscuit Head for your breakfast.
